Wildfires, Aliens & Tin Pot Dictators
The clock ticks for Trump & Biden; plus arson = climate change
The Quebec wildfires is the latest installment of everything needs to be seen and addressed through a hyper-partisan lens of idiocy. Immediately after the smoke made its way South to the U.S., it was met with a synchronized chorus of ‘Climate Change!” from the Green Cultists despite less than zero evidence that Climate Change had anything to do with the situation (suspending rational disbelief for argument’s sake that man made Climate Change even exists).
One could make a specious (and false) argument that hotter temperatures and drought increases the likelihood of fires; however 36 fires starting simultaneously is more likely evidence of an actual “man-made” outcome - ARSON.
Whether it was a meteor, a state actor like China or Russia sabotaging the forest and air, or the environmental zealots who frequently commit acts of terror to buttress their view that climate change is a problem (again, if it was really such a problem, would you need to constantly commit human acts of violence to support your point?), it’s likely that the fires were started by humans (or more likely, drones controlled by humans).
After all, Quebec had a rainy Spring, there was no drought warning, and it was a clear day without any lightning storms when the fires all magically started at the same time.
In the leftist vein of ‘never let a good crisis go to waste’, as millions of Americans observed an unsettling orange haze shroud the northeastern seaboard this week, Democrats’ eyes quickly lit up with dollar signs - thanks to their Green New Deal.
This was led by their left-leaning friend from the north, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who along with environmental fearmongers, saw a golden opportunity.
With the wildfire ashes journeying from the vast Canadian terrain to New York City, those on the left were quick to dramatize, insisting this was Mother Nature's warning.
Prime Minister Trudeau grandly announced, 'Canadians know that fighting climate change is necessary… to prevent the catastrophic and expensive losses that Canadians are facing.'
Along with the smoke, this exaggerated alarmism found its way south.
Tok-tok comedian and Vice President Kamala Harris, too, put on a show, emphasizing that millions were grappling with degrading air quality, which she claimed was 'intensifying because of the climate crisis.'
And predictably, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez took the discourse to Twitter, proudly endorsing the Green New Deal with the hashtag '#GreenNewDeal.'
Now, if you wish to engage in serious discussion, let's do so.
There's no evidence that our planet is experiencing hotter wildfires of unprecedented scale, and it's far from established that climate change even remotely exists, much less the inductive leap to arrive at ‘man made’ climate change (I do enjoy how the gender police rage every chance they get at non-gender neutral language but seem perfectly comfortable with the tag, ‘man made’ around anything perceived as negative).
The 'climate change' interventions like the fanciful Net Zero by 2050 approach will barely scratch the surface of a solution I've often emphasized. This solution isn't connected with human-caused carbon emissions, as the climate change zealots would have you believe.
If you're seeking a practical solution to the wildfire issue, look no further than prescribed burns.
Professionally administered 'prescribed burns' can significantly reduce the fuel for these gigantic, community-destroying, smog-producing wildfires. Yet, for reasons unknown, this isn't being prioritized.
'We've spent so many years trying to extinguish every fire in North America that our forests are overgrown with old, dying trees that are more susceptible to increased temperatures,' an expert pointed out.
Mark Heathcott, who supervised controlled burns for Canada's national parks services for over two decades, already voiced his concerns back in 2016 that 'A lot of lip service is paid to [the practice] but very few agencies do it.'
Take for instance Parks Canada, which conducted only 23 controlled burns this year, whereas in 2019, the United States managed 150,000. These figures are hardly flattering for Trudeau.
It's a narrative as old as the left itself. Practical solutions that could be immediately implemented find no place in the grand scheme of left-wing ideology.
Moreover, ponder the incident last month when Canada, under its diversity initiative, permitted an all-female firefighting team to conduct a controlled burn. The well-intended women-in-fire training exchange program inadvertently sparked a wildfire in Banff National Park when a planned burn spiraled out of control.
In the crossfire between purported climate change fallacies and the ineptitude of diversity programs, we can only foresee a future riddled with complex problems and expensive, yet ineffectual, 'solutions'.
Additionally, the fires served to underscore the absurdity and deceit associated with the so-called Covid Scamdemic. As the gentlemen below points out, we saw the talking heads on TV continue to spit scientific gibberish when it comes to the use of masks.
Trump Indicted (Again)
To the surprise of few, President Trump was indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith for harboring classified documents and several other charges under the Espionage Act.
Since these are laughably politically biased prosecutions, I tend not to bother with the details. One thing that does pop to mind is why was he investigated or prosecuted under the Espionage Act, and not the more specific Presidential Records Act?
Espionage assumes that Trump was going to use the documents to hurt America in some way such as selling or delivering them to our enemies like Russia or China. Since this is highly unlikely to be true, it seems a stretch to use the broader statute rather than the more specific statute as legal statutory construction demands.
And if President Trump is going to be prosecuted for this act, it begs the obvious question: What about President Pampers who did NOT have the power to declassify documents and was caught red handed with classified documents in numerous unsecured locations such as his Pennsylvania library (paid for by the Chinese) or in his Corvette parked in his crackhead son’s unlocked garage?
I’ll hold my breath while waiting for these answers.
Special counsel Smith also indicted Trump aide Walt Nauta for an allegedly false statement of “I don’t know”.
Need I remind you that John Brennan and James Clapper both lied under oath to Congress multiple times. Andrew McCabe lied three times to federal investigators. James Comey 245 times under oath claimed ”I don’t know/remember.”
Probably just an oversight as Smith made clear that this indictment is “equal justice under the law.”
What’s actually painfully clear to anyone with open eyes, is that there are double, triple, even quadruple standards applied to every single aspect of “the law” in this country at every level.
Perhaps the most interesting part of the Trump indictment was that it came the DAY AFTER FBI direction Chris Wray finally released the FBI’s FD-1023 memo they tried to hide for years implicating Joe Biden and his son in a $10M bribery scheme.
The gist of this scandal is commonly known to anyone that gets their news outside of the deliberate obfuscation of the Regime Media.
When Joe was Vice President, he and his son Hunter each received a $5M bribe to act on behalf of Burisma and strongarm Ukraine’s government to fire a prosecutor that was looking into corruption at Burisma.
Here’s the receipt where one of Burisma’s lackeys emails Hunter and his partner to set the terms of the bribe, ‘deliverables’ straight and make sure they know that for their $10M payment, they expect any pending investigation into Burisma to be shut down by Biden and his friends. Looks like he definitely got his money worth when Biden later went on TV to brag, “I got that sonofabitch fired". Receipts below.
And here’s a quick summary of evidence that has been presented to the House Oversight Committee regarding just a few of Biden’s crimes.
You probably remember the phone call from Trump to Ukraine that was the basis of the phony Ukraine Impeachment scam during his Presidency. Numerous citizen journalists commented at the time that it appeared Trump was being impeached to provide cover for Biden’s illicit and treasonous acts.
Even Biden himself tried to distort the incriminating video where he brags about firing the prosecutor Shokin as his effort to, “Clean up the corruption” in Ukraine.
Here’s the clip of Biden bragging about demanding the firing of the prosecutor investigating Burisma and Hunter for corruption.
And here’s Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene offering her notes after first viewing the bombshell document.
In a rational world, Biden would be instantaneously impeached and prosecuted for the aforementioned actions. Were the Justice Department not deeply compromised and corrupt, he would have faced legal repercussions before the 2020 election. The FBI's decision to withhold this memo, suppress an investigation, and subsequently attempt to cover it up constitutes one of the most substantial instances of election interference in history, in parallel with the Hunter 'Russian disinformation' laptop scandal.
Unless we choose to completely disregard the rule of law and transition into an unabashed dictatorship, as indicated by the Trump indictments and the lack of accountability for figures like Hillary, Biden, Comey and others, it's difficult to envision how the Biden family could weather this blatant criminal act. This act constitutes a flagrant violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Espionage Act, and approximately a dozen other statutes.
I think a likely scenario is that Biden and his Democratic conspirators try to run out as much of the clock as they can until the 2024 election. Sometime next summer or spring, I expect him to pardon Hunter and his whole family and then due to ‘health’ or some other fictitious excuse, turn over the reins to Governor Newsom to be the star chamber candidate with an explicit backroom understanding that if/when Newsom wins, he will turn around and pardon Sleepy Joe. And let’s face it, it’s hard to lose when you control the voting machines, ground game, mail in ballots, and other means of fraud Democrats have perfected over the years.
Either way, it is perfectly in line with the continued slow motion collapse of the Republic I’ve been writing about for years. Personally, I would accelerate or keep preparing, as the next few years will be the last stand for both sides. At a minimum, have the following on hand or in a jump bag:
Food & water have 2-3 weeks of reserve minimum
Have medications filled
Tylenol and other antibiotics
Disinfectant, antimicrobial soap, hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies
Keep your gas tanks full
Plan to meetup if separated or if someone in your family or you get sick
Self-defense weaponry
The impact of the most recent indictment, or the upcoming ones, on Trump's standing in the race is yet to be determined. My standpoint has been unambiguous - I would prefer to see DeSantis as the candidate, as I believe he executes across the spectrum better than of Trump (perhaps literally after this week’s events).
So far, the ongoing investigations and indictments have only heightened Trump's popularity, fueling the indignation of his base. The clearly political and biased nature of these investigations signifies a stark deviation in our nation's course, suggesting we’ve officially jumped the shark as a nation and are now a full on banana-republic being run by an incompetent, puppet dictator.
Regrettably, the latest escalation and weaponization of the justice department against the leading opposition candidate party puts Joe Biden and his enablers up there in rarified air. He now joins the illustrious list of dictators who also prosecuted their political rivals such as:
Vladimir Putin
Viktor Yanukovych- Ukraine
Nicolas Maduro - Venezuela
Kim Jong-Un - North Korea
Ali Khameni - Iran
Yoweri Mosoveni - Uganda
Fidel Castro - Cuba
Idi Amin - Uganda
Pol Pot - Cambodia
Robert Mugabe - Zimbabwe
Hun Sen - Cambodia
Hosni Mubarak - Egypt
And the list goes on including some of the more famous faces below.
And let’s not forget the laundry list of criminal acts by Democrats and Deep State minions that have gone unprosecuted.
The alarming aspect lies in the conscious decision to weaponize the intelligence community and law enforcement as political instruments. This was first observed against Trump with the Steele Dossier and the Russia Collusion Hoax, which the Durham Report emphatically confirmed to be a de facto coup attempt against a sitting President. Subsequently, there have been multiple instances, including the dubious Ukraine Impeachment Hoax, which now appears to have been a smokescreen to conceal Joe and Hunter Biden's questionable dealings with Ukraine. It's evident that one side “all-in’ and fully committed to their course.
The only rational reaction from candidate Trump and other Republican contenders would be to match this intensity, given the gravity of the stakes.
Consequently, both sides are fully invested. Democrats, liberals, and operatives from the so-called Deep State shouldn't be surprised that, should Trump prevail, he may raze the intelligence community and law enforcement to the ground, bringing legal action against any individual from the opposition implicated in misconduct.
If conservatives are facing five-year sentences for aggravated trespassing on Jan 6 or espionage for mismanaging documents that Trump was authorized to declassify, one could safely presume that life sentences - at the very least - could be in store for individuals like Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Obama, Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, James Comey, and an array of other regime enforcers.
Include the architects behind the Covid genocide, and one could imagine a significant slice of the elite vying for reservations at the Hotel Gitmo. They might be treated to 'three hots and a cot’ for the remainder of their earthly existence...and those would be considered the fortunate ones.
Watch the excellent video below if you’re still in doubt.
Aliens
One thing to keep an eye on seems to be the increasingly loud and growing chatter around extraterrestrial encounters.
Whether this is another in a long line of US govt psyops or false flags remains to be seen, but I’ve noticed a steady drip increasing in frequency.
First of all, I do believe it’s likely aliens exist. Whether the recent and past encounters being revealed are beings from another world traveling to earth, or ancient civilizations here on Earth (see Graham Hancock’s work) that have preserved drones or other technology under the ocean or in Antarctica, it’s likely that we are not alone in the universe.
After all, civilizations take about 10,000 years to go from fire and tools to space travel. Most scientists acknowledge that we’ve been here on this planet for at least 200,000 years and possibly up to 2 million. That would be enough time for at least 20 prior civilizations to rise up to the point of space travel or advanced technological prowess before being wiped off the earth or by an existential event (pandemic, nuclear holocaust, meteor, flood, solar flare, etc.).
Therefore, I think it’s equally likely that our ‘visitors’ are either extraterrestrial, homegrown breakaway civilizations of ‘humans’, or both. Nevertheless, there still remain lots of questions.
One might think that if you have the technology to travel millions of miles to another solar system you would crash land a lot less than these beings have but who knows. Perhaps it’s the females of the species driving these UFOs.
The big news this week was David Grusch, a veteran government employee now hailed as a "whistleblower", alleges that he has presented Congress with proof of the United States government possessing multiple extraterrestrial vehicles.
This startling revelation, coming from Grusch who previously served in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, has created quite a stir online.
Here’s the interview with Grusch.
Normally, a revelation of this magnitude would be met with alarm and wall to wall coverage from the traditional media.
Of additional interest, the whistleblower report was paired with the release of footage from an incident that took place last month in Las Vegas where a family claimed to witness first hand the crash of a UFO in their backyard and two 9 feet tall humanoids exiting the ship and awaiting roadside assistance.
IMHO, the family seems credible and there is some physical evidence including the circular imprint in their backyard cement. Sadly, in a world where everyone has their cellphones glued to their hands at all time, they weren’t able to get a discernible photo or video of the ‘aliens’ but they did capture some poorly shot video. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, if I saw two 9 foot ‘grays’, my first instinct would be to go get the AR rather than try to capture video but who knows what they were thinking (and I’m sure they’re adrenaline was through the roof despite the relatively calm 911 call they made).
These types of incidents are numerous, but what made this one different was the video that was captured on a Las Vegas cop’s bodycam of an odd looking vehicle descending and likely crashing moments before.
Here’s the video one of the family members made to explain what he saw.
The issue is that our government has lied to us so blatantly and repeatedly during the last few years that they’ve lost all credibility. That’s why the recent releases were met with a collective yawn.
It also doesn’t help that the so-called mainstream journalists refuse to report or investigate the story. If Trump eats a non-kosher hot dog on the 9th hole or a kindergartner can’t check out a graphic gay sex novel from the school library it’s front page news for days. But an actual vetted whistleblower telling Congress we have 12 alien ships and dead aliens in our possessions doesn’t even make the ‘Lifestyle’ section? Just goes to show you how useless our Mockingbird media has become.
Mr. Dalio Goes to Town
Hedge Fund wizard Ray Dalio, one of the more respected and experienced hedge fund kingpins was in New York for the Bloomberg Invest Conference and gave a poignant 25 min interview.
While Ray had to give the customary nod to some of the nonsense like Climate Change since Bloomberg is a WEF fluffer and one of the worst proponents of ESG out there, the bulk of his speech provided an insightful overview of our nation’s current financial status.
As I’ve written before, we are currently facing a major cycle turn in all of the chief pillars of society - financially, politically, socially and technologically.
If 25 min is too long for you, here’s my notes and highlights.
For those not familiar with Ray Dalio. Here’s a super brief primer of his latest book. I also recommend his prior book Principles.
Ray Dalio's latest book, Principles for Dealing with the Changing World Order: Why Nations Succeed and Fail,
Dalio identifies three key factors that determine the success or failure of a nation:
The ability to create and maintain a sound economic system. This includes factors such as a strong currency, low inflation, and a well-functioning financial system.
The ability to maintain a strong military. This is essential for protecting a nation's borders and deterring aggression from other nations.
The ability to maintain a strong culture. This includes factors such as a shared sense of identity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to education.
Here are some additional key takeaways from the book:
The world order is constantly changing, and nations that are able to adapt to these changes will be the most successful.
The ability to create and maintain a sound economic system is essential for a nation's success.
The ability to maintain a strong military is essential for protecting a nation's borders and deterring aggression from other nations.
The ability to maintain a strong culture is essential for a nation's long-term success.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential for nations that want to succeed in the long run.
On the market front, this week should be a doozy. CPI Tuesday, Fed Meeting Wednesday, and the Blackout window for corporate buybacks begins June 15th.
If we get a turn from the recent counter-trend mini-bull market, I expect it to occur in the next week or two. As Goldman's derivatives guru, Garrett writes: "...last year there were over 50 trading days where the daily implied move was larger than what is currently priced for the upcoming entire week (not a typo)."
Meanwhile, I’m still mostly sitting on my hands and looking elsewhere for interesting ideas.
Peak NYC
This picture in The Post caught my attention and perfectly captures the zeitgeist of NYC and frankly, most blue sh*thole cities right now.
Here we have a woman with a mask on, staring at her phone crossing the street as two miscreants battle to the death behind her and she doesn’t even notice. Unfortunately, the homeless dude in black with a knife ends up stabbing the guy with his shirt off to death and he bleeds out right in the crosswalk. But for the well-timed photo, it barely merits any attention as liberal voters, leftist mayors and Soros DAs have allowed this type of antisocial action to become commonplace.
Until there is a commitment to clean up the cities and make them safe again, you will continue to see a steady exodus from blue cesspools to safer red states and cities that understand the common sense concept of the Thin Blue Line. The veneer between chaos and civilization is badly fraying in many places these days.
Look no further to California to see the obvious consequences of bad public policy.
As if it wasn’t enough that California passed legislation making shoplifting less than $950 a misdemeanor and DAs publicly declaring they would not prosecute these (or mostly any other) crimes, now the CA legislature has decided to pass a law making it illegal for workers to ‘interrupt’ shoplifters when they’re performing their citizenly duties.
California Advances Bill To Help Shoplifters Steal
The madness of these laws has delivered an atmosphere of lawlessness and no accountability for quality of life crimes.
There’s a reason retail businesses are joining residents and shutting down and fleeing cities. Look for NY and LA Times articles on ‘food deserts’ and ‘white flight’ in the coming months and years trying to blame the current situation on the left’s favorite bogeyman these days - white supremacy.
On the bright side, the LA Times just laid off 13% of their workforce. As these media outlets continue to defend insane policies and insane people, look for their businesses to continue to bleed money (and let’s feed them anticoagulants to hasten the process). Go woke, go broke should remain our mantra and sovereigns should continue to starve businesses of our hard earned dollars that spit in our face like Anheuser Busch.
George Pickering
Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things.
In 2015, George Pickering, a Texas father, saved his son's life when doctors wrongly declared him brain-dead and wanted to take him off life support. He barricaded himself with a gun in the hospital room and had a 3-hour standoff with a SWAT team until his son squeezed his hand. The son made a full recovery.
If there were more men like George Pickering, they would have never been able to destroy our country under the guise of ‘protecting us’ from Covid.
RIP Ted
Speaking of unreasonable men, Ted Kaczynski aka the Unabomber passed away in his prison cell this week. He was 81.
The lesser-known and often overlooked part of Kaczynski's story is his forced involvement at the tender age of 16 in the CIA's psychological manipulation study, known as MKULTRA. This process transformed him from a mathematical prodigy with an IQ of 167 into the notorious Unabomber.
While I'm not endorsing Ted's crimes, his manifesto, "Industrial Society and Its Future," was a lucid critique of left-leaning ideologies and the perils of technology. Kaczynski was profoundly decades ahead of his time. For instance, his insights eerily parallel what transpired with Twitter's Trust & Safety Council and other social media platforms under the sway of leftists.
Uncle Ted's apprehension about unregulated technological progress has materialized in various forms, ranging from the psychological disorders and disconnection spawned by 'social' media, to the invasive surveillance state and the malevolence of widespread tech enabled censorship.
Over four decades ago, Kaczynski pronounced, "The technophiles are taking us all on an utterly reckless ride into the unknown."
This statement resonates profoundly with the grand and existential experiment we're currently conducting with artificial intelligence. If this doesn't encapsulate the situation perfectly, it's hard to imagine what does.
Here’s a link to the full Manifesto for those who want to read it.
PS: Did TK really write nothing else while he was in prison for the last 30 years? Imagine writing one of the most brilliant treatises of all time, and then…nothing else for 30 years? A little hard to believe.
I was locked up for 15 months and wrote close to 1000 pages. Strange.
Canada’s Truckers: The Loudest Victory You Never Heard Of
Here’s Catgirl Kulak with a pointed summary of what actually took place. Full article for sharing below. It’s too important to risk you not clicking so I’ve reproduced in full here:
I keep encountering this misconception from people who don't follow Canadian politics...
That somehow the Trucker convoy was defeated.
The Freedom Convoy was the most wildly immediately successful protest in Canadian history, maybe WORLD history.
People remember Trudeau's crackdown, old ladies having their skulls cracked with batons, Disabled indigenous grandmothers trampled by police horses, Bank accounts frozen and public employees investigated for mere donations...
And there's a big reason people remember this... It was dramatic, and the media and the regime certainly wanted you to think resistance was futile...
What people don't remember is what happened in the immediate aftermath: The government caved on absolutely everything within a week for the most important things, and then a month or so for the rest.
First off there was the massive political shift that happened as the convoy was occurring:
Jason Kenny, the pro-lockdown Premiere of Alberta (Canada's most conservative province) was forced to announce his resignation, and Alberta immediately lifted all its lockdown impositions.
Erin O'toole the pro lockdown leader of the conservative party was likewise forced to resign, his temporary replacement Candice Bergen (not to be mistaken with the actress) being a longtime rival opposed to lockdowns, and his main rival who replaced her after party elections was
@PierrePoilievre
, the Politician after
@MaximeBernier
who was quickest to embrace the Truckers and their cry for freedom.
As the convoy was ongoing Trudeau invoked the Emergencies act (the Act which replaced the War Measures Act for invoking Martial Law)... Now these grant the government almost unlimited powers, famously the War Measures act was invoked by Trudeau's Father to detain Quebekers and raid hundreds of homes without warrants during the FLQ separatist crisis of 1972...the catch is while the follow on Emergencies act can be invoked by a prime minister parliament has to sign off on the act's continued use within one week.
Well skull were cracked, accounts frozen, and as the week passed things came down to the deadline... On the very last night... Trudeau managed to get sign off (without the conservative opposition) from the house of commons, but it had to go to the Upper House, the Canadian senate.
NOW. The Canadian Senate is a shameful institution.
It’s like the British house of lords but without the nobility.
A senate seat is a lifetime appointment, by the prime minister... and that's it. Little to no review, no democratic input, and this is supposed to be equivalent or superior to our elected house of commons...
Naturally the go to use of the senate is as a spoils system for cronies. Do some shameful favour for a prime minister, raise a lot of money for the party, be politically connected to a provincial gov the PM wants to buy off... Get a senate seat.
One of the longest standing political agreements in Canada is how badly the senate needs to be abolished... but can't be because Quebec is nominally over represented in the Senate, and abolishing it would cause a constitutional crisis.
So mostly the senate keeps its head down and tries to avoid the news... because it will never be sympathetic.
So this nursing home for cronies, criminals, fall guys, and connected activists past...people whose names haven't been spoken aloud since 1996... an institution who was last in the news 10 years ago for an expense scandal who's essence was "Wait we're paying these leeches expenses!?"... that body was called upon to sign off on the emergencies act...
And all these self important losers smelled blood in the water.
.
Did they have some principled stand on civil liberties grounds? Absolutely not.
They had a principled objection that they weren't being treated as more important!
Sure they'd consider signing off on Trudeau's abuses, but they wanted an ongoing senate committee to continuously review the abuses, with cabinet level briefings for the committee members, regular pressers, inclusion on the forming of policy... Juicy Juicy INFLUENCE.
The exact thing these shameful roaches had been denied ever since their real political careers flamed out in '92 and they'd been forced to become lost souls in the senate.
The speeches these delusional 70 year old nobodies gave...MY GOD barely coherent gibberish from geriatrics convinced they were great statesmen... convinced their wisdom might now be included in great volumes of Canadian oratory next to Laurier, Macdonald, and Pearson...
With mere hours left to the deadline and no passage in sight... Trudeau voluntarily withdrew the act.
.
In the preceding week his Finance minister Crystia Freeland had given press statements and interviews to the effect that they planned to hunt down everyone who donated to the convoy, and create an expansive new system of financial control... with hints ths would extend not only to the protesters, but all the unvaccinated...none of this would happen.
Instead Trudeau weekly tried to claim victory... There were no protestors in Ottawa or on bridges! But in the week that followed lockdown measures were quickly and quietly pulled back. Alberta had already rescinded their measures, and other provinces were following suit. By june almost all domestic restrictions were gone the regime desperately afraid that if the Protesters were able to shut down the capital and crossborder trade in minus 20 to minus 40 degree weather...what might they do in the Summer? Canada day (July 1) was approached with fear.
By August I travelled to US for wedding... Unvaccinated. The greater barrier being the risk the US would refuse me entry than Canada would hassle me. The US border guard didn't ask.
And on the way back the Canadian border guard, obviously over with this stuff, told me "Now because you're unvaccinated you do technically have to quarantine, and they could possibly call, and if you say you haven't been quarantining they might do something..." I received one email from public health and immediately deleted it. THere was no enforcement.
I travelled again in October, and was not even asked on return.
The last measures had been withdrawn.
The Greatest barrier to travel was US border restrictions and requirements... which technically only ended in May this year.
.
WITHIN 1 month the trucker convoy had effected a hostile overthrow of the Governments of Alberta and the official opposition, the Conservative party of Canada, from pro to anti- lockdown, and crushed the moderate wing of the conservative movement.
At Multiple points Trudeau was nearly forced out by his own party and his government was humiliated with most of its perceived power destroyed, it now exists as a rump failing to pass gun control bills (IN CANADA!) against moderate opposition.
Within 2-4 months all domestic restrictions were gone and within 8 months even the pantomime of international restrictions didn't exist, Canada had fewer covid restrictions than the US.
COMPLETE CONSENSUS had be totally destroyed such that in less than a year the national consensus was the polar opposite.
And all the actual action took place in 1 month, on the coldest days of the year, with a movement whose key members had to drive 4000-5000km (~3000 miles) along treacherous northern roads being greeted roadside by supporters who stood out in minus 40 to give them coffee food and support.
.
This was at once the most logistically challenging protest in human history involving the volunteering of tens of millions of dollars of equipment, weeks of time, tens of thousands of people, across a continent...
And it might just have been the most successful individual protest in human history. The most successful violent revolutions have not achieved such total reversals in culture and policy across so many levels of government, in such few short months.
.
THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON THE REGIME WANTS YOU TO THINK OF IT AS A FAILURE.
The same reason things like Brexit, the Yellow Vests in France, or Jan 6th, or the Dutch Farmers protest freaked out the elite so much.
The greatest possible threat to them is that the mass of the Suburban and rural Middle-class: Flyover country, the Petite Bourgeoise, the small business owners, the farmers, the truckers, the Kulaks... The greatest possible threat to the regime is that this mass will realize its incredible power both in coordination, logistics, and initiative... And that it will overthrow the governing class of Bureaucrats, Regulators, Lawyers, DEI Administrators, and leeches who've gotten rich surviving of their tax cattle who actually work and produce things.
They HAVE to play off the Truckers as a failure... Trudeau had to declare victory then cave on every single individual policy.... because they can't let people see what it was:
A premonition of the great Class War to come.
These heroes and their protest should be celebrated every year in Canada for the rest of the country’s existence. For without people like this pushing back against tyranny, what’s the point of having a country or home anyway.

Memetic Warfare
Parting Words
Sometimes we all need a reminder…H/T Hal Fineberg.
The donkey told the tiger, "The grass is blue."
The tiger replied, "No, the grass is green ."
The discussion became heated, and the two decided to submit the issue to arbitration, so they approached the lion.
As they approached the lion on his throne, the donkey started screaming, ′′Your Highness, isn't it true that the grass is blue?"
The lion replied, "If you believe it is true, the grass is blue."
The donkey rushed forward and continued, "The tiger disagrees with me, contradicts me and annoys me. Please punish him."
The king then declared, ′′The tiger will be punished with 3 days of silence."
The donkey jumped with joy and went on his way, content and repeating, ′′The grass is blue, the grass is blue..."
The tiger asked the lion, "Your Majesty, why have you punished me, after all, the grass is green?"
The lion replied, ′′You've known and seen the grass is green."
The tiger asked, ′′So why do you punish me?"
The lion replied, "That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙨𝙨 and on top of that, you came and bothered me with that question just to validate something you already knew was true!"
The biggest waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on discussions that make no sense. There are people who, for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand. Others who are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and the only thing that they want is to be right even if they aren’t.
When IGNORANCE SCREAMS, intelligence moves on.
