Patrick Byrne's Magnum Opus

The revelations are critical and absolutely ground shaking if true. There is likely a significant Constitutional crisis in our immediate future.

Patrick Byrne dropped a bombshell interview today.
That term gets overused in the age of Twitter and hyperbolic, clickbait media.
But this interview comfortably inherits that mantle.
For those unfamiliar with Patrick, here's a super-brief background.
I encourage you to dig deeper to truly understand the merit of the man.
The couple of times I was fortunate enough to meet Patrick I felt he was brilliant, honorable and trustworthy.
I remember him back in my hedge fund days as calling attention to the short selling epidemic that we all know was happening and illegal. Naked borrows. Failed locates. Phantom shares. Etc
Just as he was right about short selling corruption, time will prove him right about election fraud and the theft of the 2020 (and 2022) elections.
Byrne goes into his background (much of which I was unfamiliar with) in the interview including:
A graduate of Dartmouth, with graduate degrees from Cambridge and Stanford that speaks multiple languages with time spent in China, Thailand and nearly every other country on earth.
He has survived multiple bouts with cancer and illness and has undergone over 100 surgeries and treatments for his various ailments.
He has a deep relationship with his mentor, Warren Buffet whom he calls his ‘rabbi’.
My awareness of Byrne began with his campaign to expose the illegal shortselling activities of many on Wall Street during his time as the CEO of Overstock.com.
His campaign was met with skepticism and outright obstruction by politicians, regulators and the wall st banks and hedge funds that run wall street.
Their inaction bordered on indolence,” Byrne said. By 2005, Byrne had started a battle over technical aspects of the Wall Street financial plumbing (called the “settlement system”) that, he said, were allowing bad market participants to manipulate the markets and destabilize the financial system. He claimed that the SEC was not truly policing Wall Street, but was inappropriately close to Wall Street, a “captured regulator."

The reality is the SEC is much closer to a crooked beat cop defending the mob than an actual regulator protecting the retail investor. The cases they bring are almost entirely against small retail traders while protecting the big banks and politically connected hedge funds.
For instance, during the GFC, I was originally charged with one $16,000 count of insider trading and prosecuted by the DOJ. Never mind that it was primarily the Big Wall Street Banks that took our financial system to its knees, and not a single employee or bank was prosecuted, even with them paying close to $200B in fines. That's the definition of a captured regulator.
Byrne was also a champion of digital assets including Bitcoin and Overstock helped TZero, a security token platform come into existence.
I can't do his upbringing justice and you have to read the article to truly understand his diverse intelligence and background.
As long as I've seen him professionally, he's been an ardent champion of ethics, liberty and freedom.
A true patriot in every sense of the word.
Beginning in 2020, he took his considerable talents to the election integrity mess that was unfolding.
As a computer scientist, entrepreneur and generally extremely capable CEO, Patrick immediately noticed the considerable instances of election fraud and irregularities.

He testified under oath to the J6 committee, the substance of which has been sealed (because it completely contradicts the narrative that partisan kangaroo court was trying to sell to the American people).

He has offered to pay the $350,000 fine that was assessed to every one of the J6 Defendants.
In addition, Byrne has publicly offered to face all non-violent charges from that day: those accused can say they did it because they listened to Byrne, and
Byrne will agree to stipulate to this being the case, on the condition that he can defend himself in televised proceedings.
Of course his offer was turned down by the powers that be.
The following is a brief list of some of the gist and revelations that Byrne details in the Capitol Times interview:
*Department of Homeland Security has named him the #1 Domestic Extremist Threat.
That fact alone is mind blowing. This is a man with zero violence in his past, zero association with white supremacist, Antifa or other potentially violent groups. His sole commitment is to truth, liberty, freedom and election integrity.
Merely for his commitment to election integrity and democracy, DHS has placed him at the very top of their list of Domestic Extremists.
During his campaign to hold illegal shortsellers accountable, Byrne was stalled at every level by the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, NASD - all the regulators and law enforcement charged with maintaining a fair and orderly market.
One brave soul, AUSA Ken Breen upon his retirement called Byrne and let him know that despite being stonewalled, there were a lot of people at the FBI and DOJ rooting for him and encouraged him to keep up his efforts.
Byrne got some measure of satisfaction when former Federal Reserve Chairman testified before Congress that breakdowns in 'settlement' (ie, fraudulently shortselling) was one of the reasons that contributed to the Great Financial Crisis along with fraudulent securitization (mortgage-backed securities) and other issues.
*When Milton Friedman was dying, he chose Byrne to take over the Milton & Rose Friedman Foundation. Byrne carried on Milton's legacy and then stepped down after 10 years per Milton's wish and changed the name to the Foundation for Educational Choice. It remains the intellectual center of gravity of the national movement towards educational choice.
Byrne states he is not a spy, nor has he ever worked for the US Government or the CIA.
Nevertheless, because of his business and travel experience, he was occasionally asked to do 'favors' for the government such as relaying messages, making presentations or brokering meetings.
If interested, here's an example of a past presentation he made titled, "Economic Warfare as an Instrument of Transnational Organized Crime."
Other meetings he took were in Vietnam during the normalization of relations, and in Venezuela to assist with election integrity analyzing voting machines (there is extensive past material here and it is a good precursor and background to understand his computer science expertise when it comes to voting machines and their vulnerabilities).
In 2019, Byrne went to Iran at the request of the USG and Quds force leader General Qasem Suleimani. General Suleimani was warning that a "big war" was coming and wanted Byrne to act as an intermediary. Unfortunately, Byrne was barely able to walk due to a tumor on his spinal cord. Two months later, the USG assassinated Suleimani.
There's plenty more of 'stage setting' and background that matters for later events, but let's fast forward to 2015 and the origins of the Russia Collusion Hoax.
At Freedom Fest in 2015, Byrne was the opening keynote and candidate Donald Trump was the closing keynote.
Maria Butina, a Russian foreign national asked a question during the Q&A period and approached Byrne afterward.
Maria was stunning and brilliant, and instantly got on the radar of many people in the D.C. political structure.
As described by Byrne, she had a University and Master’s Degrees in political science. She had a superb knowledge of literature and history, both Russian and American, and knew our Constitution’s intellectual history better than most Americans." She was also the head of an organization in Russia similar to our NRA started by Russian legend Mikhail Kalashnikov , the designer and builder of the AK-47 - "The Gun That Freed the World."
Maria had been sent to America to conduct "Citizen Diplomacy" by developing relationships with various American political figures including Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Chris Christie, Donald Trump and others.
Maria invited Patrick to Russia to give a talk to the Russian Central Bank on #Bitcoin. Byrne checked with his government contacts to see whether he should join her and continue developing the relationship and that's when things "began to get weird" according to Byrne.
He describes the USG as normally knowing everything down to the last detail and having explicit and specific instructions on every move. Here, they began to get very ambiguous and indecisive saying things like, "We're not sure anything is there" or "maybe you should go."
This type of USG behavior was VERY different from Patrick's 30+ year experience and he smartly told his USG contacts that he wasn't going to go unless he explicitly told "greenlight". Eventually, he was given that instruction and developed a relationship with Marina that turned romantic.
During their relationship, Patrick learned that Maria had tried to meet Hillary Clinton to help nurture that relationship. Meetings like this are not out of the ordinary as they help develop 'unofficial' communication between governments and foreign power structures. Due to her stance as a foreign national, the candidates/politicians would normally check with lawyers or official USG contacts to inform about the circumstances of the meeting.
Oddly, Hillary had been warned by the Feds VERY explicitly to avoid her at all costs. No such warning was given to Rubio, Cruz, Christie or Trump.
Marina was interested in meeting Christie and Don Trump Jr. and the Feds encouraged to make that happen.
Patrick introduced Marina to Christie in New Hampshire for a 5 min 'meet and greet'.
Only later did Patrick realize that the motivation behind the meetings was that the DOJ was using these meetings to get FISA warrants on the candidates. Anyone who met Marina the Feds could get a FISA on. As well as anyone they know. So you know had "two hops" to speciously proceed with a FISA warrant.
The Feds used the same playbook with Don Jr. but the meeting was canceled at the last moment (was he warned?).
According to Patrick, the Fed's plan was simple: "By November, 2015 I knew what we were doing. We were manufacturing a scandal on theRepublican Party. I mentally called it, “Can-O-Russia-Scandal”. It was going to sit on the shelf until they needed it, and when they needed it, they would take it off, shake it up, crack it open, and spray scandal all over the Republican Party."
This is BOMBSHELL ONE of the interview. Concrete, first person evidence that the entire Russia Hoax Scandal was cooked up by the USG and intelligence community to cripple any Republican candidate. It wasn't just a setup of Trump as we would later learn with the Steele Dossier and Fusion GPS false evidence, it was intentionally designed to compromise anyone and everyone from the Republican side.
BOMBSHELL TWO is what happens next.
Around Thanksgiving 2015, hat is when they came to Patrick and said, “We have something more important for you to work on. The FBI needs your help setting up Hillary Clinton for a bribe.”
Recent information had come in that Hillary accepted a $20 million bribe from a foreign government. They told me the foreign government that made it and how it was done. The New York FBI agents had leveraged that information to force Comey to sign off on setting Hillary up in a bribery-sting.
It was believed that Azerbaijan (a country to which I had never previously traveled) wanted to pay Hillary a bribe in return for having Hillary pledge what one aspect of President Hillary’s policy towards Azerbaijan would be.
Patrick was given 2 months to make that happen.
Due to the dicey and illegal nature of asking Patrick to get involved in a federal election and bribe a presidential candidate, he told them he would need an “Acts Otherwise Illegal” letter from the Feds, which is exactly what it sounds like.
They said they would go discuss it with their bosses. A few days later they met again, “We’ve been instructed to inform you that you cannot be given a letter, but if you’ll come to DC, the Director says you can be shown a letter…”
“This is coming from Director Comey and…. the President?”
The agents affirmed.
“OK, well, you can tell Director Comey and President Obama - consider Hillary bribed.”
Seven weeks later, on the morning of January 14, 2016, Hillary Clinton met the Azerbaijani bagman in a hotel room in DC and collected her illicit bribe. Byrne goes into details on page 37 & 38.
Patrick met with the agents shortly after and he thought they would be overjoyed at the success of the mission. The leading candidate for President had just been caught on tape accepting a bribe from a foreign country. It was one of, if not THE biggest successful sting in American history.
Instead, the agents were stern and instructed him coldly, “Patrick, this mission has been re-analyzed, and it’s been scrubbed. We need you to forget every moment of it. We mean it. You must erase every second of this from your memory.”
Their explanation was as follows: This was all looked at again. Hillary Clinton is going to be our next president and nothing can stop that now. The day she becomes President, the first thing she is going to do is send her people over to the FBI and find out who was part of investigating her, and we are all going to be destroyed. That includes us and our own chain-of- command. It includes you too, Patrick. So this mission has been scrubbed from the highest levels.
"I agreed to forget it. But when I want home, it did not sit well with me. They could have performed their analysis before they tasked me. They seemed to be feigning their sense of panic. And, odd as it may sound, it did not seem to be fair to the Democrats: we had spent the 90s with a Democrat in the White House under perpetual investigation, and it seemed like the right thing to do was let them pick a clean candidate, not repeat the 90s."
Byrne continues, "In early February 2016, I met with the two FBI agents again. They brought a third agent, for the following reason. They said that in 2008 a law was passed that made it possible for the Director of Central Intelligence to sign a piece of paper under certain circumstances, and take over the FBI. Director Brennan had done that on matters relating to Russia.
"But here was this odd situation: The CIA was not involved, they were nowhere to be seen In fact, I had the sense it was all deliberately being kept away from the CIA, actually. But the Director of the CIA was now giving orders to the FBI, which had just had me set up a Russian Collusion “Can-o-Russia-Scandal,” and had just had me bribe Hillary Clinton then tell me to forget it ever happened."
And now John Brennan’s FBI go-between was sitting with us. I let them know that their explanation as to why I needed to forget it did not sit well with me....this is what I was finally told that first week of February, 2016, from three federal agents:
What’s going on, Patrick, is that at this point President Obama has his people across the federal bureaucracy, but especially the Department of Justice. Hillary is going to be president for eight years and nothing is going to stop that. But while she’s president, think of there as being a “Bunsen burner” inside the DOJ, and the evidence about the two bribes you know about is going to be sitting on that Bunsen Burner. The hand on that Bunsen burner is going to be of one of Barack Obama’s people. If Hillary is a good girl, defends Obamacare and such, that flame will stay on “Low”. If she is abad girl, if she starts thinking for herself, that hand[mimes twisting a dial] will turn the Bunsen burner to “High”. That way, for the eight years she isPresident, Hillary is going to be managed byBarack Obama. Then Hillary is going to step down, and Michelle is going to run ...And Patrick, that’s the plan.
Patrick describes it as, "You may think you’ve lived, I thought I had lived… but you’ve never lived until you’ve had the personal liaison between FBI and CIA Director John Brennan sit in a room telling you that you just took part in a soft-coup, Obama versus Hillary, Obama is going to be president for 24 years, and if you open your mouth you are going to be killed. All while two other FBI agents who know you well sit on either side of him looking at their shoes either in horror, or because (unlike Brennan) they knew me well enough to suspect it was going to be a mistake."
Byrne then tells a story about sitting with certain members of the Senate Judiciary Committee (Grassley & Hatch are mentioned) in 2006 and Chairmen Arlen Spector and being told directly, that these men were aware of certain dark elements and factions within the USG taking over and seeding deep corruption and rot and that they needed people like Byrne to help them wage this fight.
As part of that mission, they gave him a special letter that was similar to an advance 'pardon' that would allow him to engage in certain extra constitutional activities to fulfill this mission. He couldn't kill someone or commit other violent acts, but the letter would be in a safe in DC for as long as he was alive to help facilitate their mission to help root out corruption.
He notes that journalists including Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone, and Sheelah Kolhaktar of New Yorker, have spoken with people who were Senate Judiciary staffers in 2006, who have confirmed that a strange letter from 2006regarding Patrick Byrne does exist in their files. Grassley has confirmed it as well through another source.
Byrne uses this letter and his commitment to America to undermine the Deep State (he describes Obama, Brennan and Comey as members, but possibly just button pushers and isn't sure of the real power behind it).
As part of his plan to expose this criminal element in our government, Byrne prepares a fake plan and proposes to rape and murder Maria Butina.
Normally in a situation like this, if it's a lawful engagement, his handlers would explicitly come back with orders to stand down and he'd likely be dismissed (or even prosecuted).
The reaction to Byrne's plan is very different:
I didn’t know who it was, though I knew the names used to get me to play my role. But I knew I had bribed Hillary for what turned out to be blackmail. And I knew I had been used in the setup of a fake Russian scandal. And my life had been threatened if I opened my mouth. That was the path I was on.
“So metaphorically speaking, I chopped a tree down across that path. I put whoever was running this soft-coup in the following position: either they had to stop what they were doing and whatever they were setting up and whatever role they had written for Maria to play… or someone was going to have to sign off on an aggravated rape and murder of an innocent woman that never happened.”
As Byrne expected, they signed off on and aggravated rape and murder of an innocent woman (that never happened though as Byrne's intent was only to flush them out).
“Then, 15 months later, as the Russian Collusion narrative reached a frenzy, around the time that people were to starting to ask why there didn’t seem to be any actual Russians in this Russian scandal…the day that Presidents Putin and Trump met, just a few hours before they met… an FBI SWAT team and a CNN van descended on Maria’s boyfriend’s apartment in DC to arrest her.
“For the next year it was night after night on TV, photos of the “‘alleged Russian spy Maria Butina,”’ a striking Russian redhead with sniper rifle and thigh-high leather boots. Hollywood Central Casting for a Russian spy.
More verbatim from the article:
“Eventually, a federal prosecutor argued in a courtroom for 15 years in prison for Maria, on the grounds that grave damage was done to our national security by Maria having dinners around DC with Republicans and posting it on Facebook… all those meetings being ones the federals knew about, before they happened, sometimes from me and occasionally created by me, like the Christie meeting.
It was all as “‘producer-driven”’ as the Spice Girls, from the day Maria landed in the US in July 2015.”
“A couple years ago in an interview with the Wondery podcast, Peter Strzok said something to the effect, You really want to know what made us open Crossfire Hurricane in July 2016? We learned about Maria Butina! That’s why it started.
That is a flat lie. They learned about her in July of 2015, and played cat-and-mouse games with her for a year. That’s not a theory. I am a participant. A witness. I did it. He is lying. They are lying.
Incidentally, the Senate Intel Report about all of this a vacuous nothing-burger. The Durham Report gets correct what happened after July2016, but covers up all of this, so it is only 50% cover-up."
BOMBSHELL 3: Election Security Vulnerabilities
Byrne then goes on to describe multiple election security vulnerabilities, including a YouTube video showing how easily machines were hacked, videos that have since been removed as“misinformation.” Along with an HBO documentary called “Kill Chain” that is now also samizdat [Byrne uses the old Soviet term for 'banned literature and art’]. “More importantly, they downloaded and printed various documents from the companies themselves, sales literature and operating manuals. They walked me through vulnerabilities in the machine’s hardware, architecture, and software.
He notes the California Secretary of State in 2007 conducted a study with the help of computer scientists from UC Berkeley, Stanford, California’s JetPropulsion Laboratory, etc. to study election systems. Her commission determined the technology was garbage and violated basic tenets of computer security. It was so bad, it may have been designed to be hackable.
They clued me in on election scandals that had occurred globally. Philippines in 2010 and 2016, Ukraine 2014, Iraq 2008, Ghana, Kenya and other African nations, and so on. In each of these cases, there had been an interruption in ballot-counting for one reason or another, then when counting resumed, there appeared a trademark artifact:
Last year, June 2022, the DHS issued a report that might as well have been titled, ‘Patrick ByrneWas Right Again. Again.’ They listed nine major security lapses of one brand of machines.

Patrick notes:
"The election came two weeks later. Ballot-counting stopped. The first time in American history, a city just stopped counting ballots. How odd. And it was not just one city. It was six. How odd. And it was not just any six cities, it was six cities that are anchor cities for six swing states.Cities with 2/3 of their state’s vote. How odd.
So the Mainstream Media says, “Where’s the evidence?” That IS evidence. No one has ever tried to explain it, really. Six different cities, six different reasons, but what do you know? They each flip a swing state. Which flips the electoral college. Which flips the White House. And they all decide to do this first-in-America event of stopping ballot-counting on the same night? Seem odd?
You see, there are about 3,000 counties inAmerica. On Election Day, we really hold 3,000 separate elections. To steal the White House one does not need “‘widespread election fraud”’: one needs narrow, deep election fraud in six counties, each of which is roughly 2/3 of the vote of a swing state.
The narrow, deep fraud flips the swing state, and flipping those swing states flips the electoral college, which flips the White House.
So that is one layer of evidence from 30,000 feet. The improbability of that constellation of events.But then we get down to 10,000 feet, the statistical improbabilities in vote outcomes. The stuff Seth Keshel has made his mark in. 18 of 19 bell whether counties voting for Trump.
Things like this:
Did you know that in 2020, more Black people voted for Biden than had voted for Obama?
I always knew Black folk liked Barack Obama, but it turns out they are just absolutely wild for Joe Biden…. But only in Philadelphia and a handful of other cities! Does that sound plausible?
Byrne goes on to describe some of the post-election investigation in detail. The entire section MUST be read (pg 61 begin).
Some highlights - in October 2020, DHS & FBI came out with a public statement: Our election systems are under attack from hostile foreign actors, particularly Iran who had hacked the election rolls of several states.
On December 6, they put out a warning about a massive cyber-attack occurring against the USA.
And on December 13, DHS-FBI-DNI came out with announcement that 425 of the Fortune 500 companies were seriously hacked, along with CIA-DOD-NSA-DHS-State and other agencies across the federal government (the “SolarWinds" hack).

That's important bc in 2015 President Obama signed an executive order which said, If a foreign government interferes in an election, the President has a range of powers, from running a quick investigation, to a PresidentialCommission, to re-running the election in that precinct, county, or state. Really, if foreign governments interfere in an election, the President can do pretty much anything the hell he wants to sort it out.
The DHS statements triggered the Executive Order and Trump had a range of options. Byrne describes Trump as ready, even happy to leave office knowing he had done more in 4 years than almost any President to date. However, if there was evidence of fraud, he felt it was his duty to explore.
As Byrne describes it, Trump told him "Pat, I mean it, you have no idea how easy it is going to be for me to get on that helicopter. I’m going to be with my friends, I’m going to be golfing, I am going to be enjoying my life… I’ll have no problem walking to that helicopter. But how can I do that if I think this was rigged and other nations are behind it?”
Byrne met with Trump, General Flynn, Sidney Powell and others in the White House and Trump (over Byrne's objections) chose the most narrow and lightest touch approach - looking at the six contested counties that had stopped counting suspiciously and were refusing to cooperate with election overseers.
The plan was DHS cyber-teams imaging hard-drives in six counties for later analysis at government facilities.
Remember, all that has to be done is examine hard drives from 6 places where ballot-counting stopped for three hours. Each for a different reason, each for three hours. The investigation could be done in a week. This whole battle ripping our country apart could be solved with a week’s work. But for two years five of those six counties have legally blocked having their hard drives inspected.
That’s evidence. To a guy who solves problems and not just opines from lofty heights, their opposition to inspection of hard drives is evidence.
The sixth city, Phoenix (Maricopa County)… The Arizona Senate issued a subpoena for their hard drive, along with lots of other things. Maricopa County fought the subpoena for six months. THAT is evidence.
Then a court finally ordered them to turn it over in a way they could not resist, the night before they turned it over they erased it. That behavior is evidence. Then six months later, when they were challenged for having erased the data, they said that they had not actually erased it, they had duplicated it then deleted it…but when asked for the duplicate, they refused to turn it over. That behavior is evidence. In any normal period of our history, such behavior would long ago have been decisive in the court of public opinion.
The interviewer then asks: Didn’t the Maricopa Audit show Biden had won?
That is the biggest lie I have ever seen the press selling the gullible. “First of all, in any normal world, once they deleted the hard-drive they failed the audit. “Audit Failed: Deletion of Records” is what that is called. The auditors could have just stopped there because after that there was actually no way to audit the election. Not really. They could hold sheets of paper up to lights and such, but there was no way to unscramble which ballots were legitimate and which not.
“Setting that aside, what they found was that while Biden “‘won” by 10,800 votes.
The ballots did not reconcile:
255,326 Early Votes had no provenance(they just “appeared”);
284,412 had digital images that have been corrupted (with no viable explanation for how that might have happened);
57,734 ballots had sourcing that is illegal(e.g., they were mailed to someone who had moved out of state 10 years ago, but were voted anyway);
Over 17,000 ballots were photocopies(which is unambiguously illegal);
The day before complying with the subpoena, Maricopa deleted > 1 million election files (each deletion carries 1 federal and 1 state charge);
15 other felonies occurred whose impact on the ballots is impossible to quantify;
If we turn a blind eye to all of that, yes Biden wins by 10,800 votes. But there were 600,000 ballots which violated Arizona and federal law.
Byrne adds, "It is a sign of either how idiotic or corrupt the media is that in the face of all that, they say, "But where’s the evidence?’ Or that, “See, Biden still won by 10,800!” An honest representation would be that the audit showed there were 600,000 dubious ballots, and were 1.2 million mail-ins without a single rejection, but if we count all of them, then Biden wins by 10,800.
All over the nation, citizens have discovered that for the first time that, attempting to inspect election equipment or processes is suspect, or even makes one a Domestic Terrorist, and in some places gets one criminally charged.
In Grande Junction, Colorado, the County Recorder, an apolitical grandmother who took the job because she was concerned about a backlog of parking ticket collections, a citizen just trying to do the right thing, got wind that people from State were coming to wipe out election data that it was her duty to maintain. Under federal law, materials from elections have to be preserved for 22 months. Everything: every hard-drive, thumb drive, email, every scrap of paper they ticked-and-tied on. Every file or document erased is its own federal felony.
Yet someone from State came and erased 100,000 files in this Colorado town.
Fortunately, unbeknownst to the bad guys, the County Recorder had caused a friend of mine, a court-certified forensic cyber guy, to come make an image of County’s hard drive before the State’s goons arrived to delete the files.
“Afterwards an analysis was prepared by two experts, one a Professor Emeritus of ComputerScience from Texas A&M, the other, the CEO of a cybersecurity firm. Their report was called,
“Mesa County Forensic Report #3”.
They discovered two things on the hard drive image:
• There was a massive cram-down of 100,000 files by the folks from State, which is 100,000 federal felonies and 100,000 state felonies
• The town’s 2020 election had indeed been altered. After a quarter of the 100,000 votes had been tallied, a hidden script woke up, created anew (illegal) database, siphoned over 24,000 ballots but 30,000 showed up, and the provenance of at least 6,000 is unclear.
6000 fake votes had been created.
“You know who is being charged with a crime for this? The County Recorder, the grandmother who had the duty to keep the county’s data safe. Even though she had the duty, and even though the law specifically says she had the power to make a backup, they are trying to put her in prison for 25 years.
It's Kafka-esque. But it is a warning to those who might stand against corruption.”
“So out of one side of their mouth they say, “‘Where’s the evidence?”’ while from the other,“‘No one is allowed to examine any evidence!”’
“In reality, everywhere that there has been access, it has revealed so much slop, so much infidelity to law, bureaucrats not bothering to follow the law…. they don’t even bother trying to appear like they care about the law anymore.
Look at Maricopa’s 2022 election. On Election Day 60% of machines failed. Expert witnesses found the failures were programmed in. Of those bad machines, 93% were placed in Republican voting precincts. As George Carlin once said, “You don’t have to be Fellini to figure this out.”
There is evidence in the manuals of the machines, there is evidence in the ballot-counting stoppages, there is the mathematical evidence there is forensic evidence anywhere people have had a chance to inspect. And there is the evidence in how the Establishment has broken all previously known rules in covering this up. Unless you are living under a rock, you see the evidence.
Byrne then reveals another bombshell. Attorney General Bill Barr took the position that the DOJ was not going to do anything about the evidence of fraud, and then later lied before Congress about this position saying the DOJ had conducted hundreds of interviews and launched dozens of investigations.
The day after the shit-show that was Election Day 2020, an election that included six big swing-state cities stopping their counting at once, she asked:what are you going to do about this, Bill?
General Barr told her, The DOJ is not getting involved in this.
Byrne then contacted Barr personally and was told if he had information or evidence to contact the US Attorney of that particular state.
According to Byrne, he tried contacting the offices of three US attorneys: not one returned the call.
He adds, "There is a man from Pennsylvania, William McSwain, who at that time was US Attorney forPennsylvania. He has come out and said that he received stand down orders from William Barr on conducting any federal investigation into what had happened. Recently Judicial Watch revealed that they FOIA’ed the DOJ/FBI notes and records of all DOJ/FBI investigations into Election 2020, and the response came back: after a thorough search, there are no notes or records of any interviews or investigations. None.
Which is odd, because at the time Barr was saying that they conducted dozens of investigations with hundreds of interviews and could find no evidence of any widespread election fraud. So that is odd.
Byrne also takes issue with Barr saying that there “was no “widespread election fraud.” Barr is a smart guy: he knows that there does not have to be, “widespread election fraud.” That is a straw-man argument.
There needs only be fraud that is narrow and deep, primarily in six counties. So the fact that he would even utter such a sentence tells me he was interested in confusing the public.
The interviewer asks Byrne why he thinks Barr did that and Byrne responds with more bombshells.
"I will tell you what I know. There was some one going back and forth between us with messages and information. In June of 2020, William Barr sent me a message to me that ended, if such and such doesn’t happen, “We will be meeting in a FEMA camp by the summer of 2021.”
That was in June. In July, Barr told Byrne he was going to be going up to see Rupert Murdoch in New York, and they were going to spend three hours together alone set up by an intermediary. The next day that intermediary was killed in a cross-country plane crash with an instructor on- board, flying to see somebody who works with me. That crash looked suspicious.
Byrne later sat with a survivor of the crash and was told additional details that confirmed his suspicion and learned that the crash devastated Barr.
Byrne notes that if you look at Fox broadcasts in August 2020, you'll note that the editorial tone suddenly became very lukewarm towards Trump. And then there was the issue of them calling Arizona for Biden when the data did not yet support the call.
"So Barr went in June 2020 from sending me a message fearing that totalitarians were trying a revolution and that if we did not defeat it we would be meeting in a FEMA Camp by Summer 2021. Then at the beginning of August there was a death. Then a meeting with Murdoch in earlyAugust, 2020, and later in August, Fox shifts its editorial tone markedly.
And once the fake election came, with irregularities orders of magnitude beyond anything America had ever experienced, the next day Barr shrugs it off to theWhite House, lets them know he would not be lifting a finger. And orders (per McSwain) all US Attorneys not to take up investigations into irregularities, but to leave it to the states. Refuses to let his office meet me to hear about RICO patterns we were already finding and tells me togo to the states , who won’t return calls.
Yet later claims that he did “dozens of investigations and hundreds of interviews, while later FOIA shows that they did 0 investigations and 0 interviews.”Barr also publicly said they found “no widespread election fraud” which is a meaningless, straw-man thing to say anyway (and suggests he looked, which is also a lie as FOIA showed).
Connect those dots as you see fit.
Byrne then switches gears to the international landscape.
"In September 2021 Iran contacted me a gain and let me know a big war was coming, and their call to me had something to do with peace.
Byrne got sign off to go from the government, and while he was there, learned the following.
"In the course of being there, and through a mechanism I am not going to explain here, I became aware of an additional situation. Hunter Biden was reaching out to the Iranian government in the fall of 2021 with the following offer: “You Iranians have $8 billion frozen in a bank account in South Korea. My father will unfreeze it in return for $800 million being funneled into a numbered account for us. And if you do this deal with us, it will lubricate other negotiations which have recently started between us.”
By that, the Iranians believed that Hunter meant the JCPOA talks (Iran Nuclear Agmt), which had restarted in Geneva a month or two previously. In other words, something along the lines of, “Pay us $100million and we let you keep 10 nukes, $200million for 20 nukes,” etc. But I am making up the pricing. “Hunter was doing this through a middleman, the son of the Minister of Defense ofPakistan. That son was meeting with Hunter, then relaying messages to someone in Iran.
And he was being reckless enough to leave voicemails in Iran about it.
“When I returned, the agencies went to work over the weekend. I was told a week later that they had confirmed it all. The voice on the voicemail that I had acquired was voice-matched to the son of the Minister of Defense of Pakistan, who had a connection to Hunter Biden. Anyway, in December, 2021, I was told that the scheme was confirmed across the agencies.
Byrne also offers details about a hard drive that was given to him by 'hacktivists' that had some incredible information on it.
"One piece showed that Perkins Coie had not simply directed its computer scientists in Georgia to plant information on Trump’s server that would connect him to a bank in Russia called“AlphaBank”’. In addition, the Perkins Coie computer scientists tried to plant kiddie-porn onTrump’s email server. To do so they went to someUkrainian kiddie-porn websites and obtained kiddie-porn to inject on Trump."
There were other incredible tidbits about the VA and other agencies but the big bombshell is the white-hat hackers communicated to him that:
"The Hunter laptop that Rudy Giuliani had obtained and copied was incomplete. Hunter Biden had BleachBit 400,000 files before turning his machine into the Delaware computer repair shop. Unbeknownst to much of the world, however, there is a way to recover information even after it has been BleachBit, if the right dolphin-speaker gets the hard drive or a forensic image of it.
The right dolphin-speaker had gotten a forensic image of it. The missing 400,000 files included signature pages of contracts Hunter had erased before turning his laptop into the repair shop, as well as texts from Hunter’s phone that had been backed-up on the laptop but had also beenBleachBit. Those texts filled in a lot of missing pieces."
Byrne added, "Somewhere in there news broke that the FBI had“‘lost”’ Hunter Biden’s laptop. That is another half- truth. They may have “lost” the physical laptop but they have a forensic image of the hard-drive, including 400,000 files he deleted with BleachBit that my cyber-friend recovered. They have it from me.
Eventually they got word back to me: “‘Did you keep a copy of that hard drive with Perkins Coie kiddie porn, VA hack, and the Fusion Centers?”’ I had not, of course. But it seemed an odd question. I came to suspect that Director Wray and General Garland caused the hard drive that I had sent to be destroyed. Perhaps Wray stood in the room when it was nuked in an FBI laboratory’s machine. That would be discouraging, if an FBIDirector were destroying evidence. That would make him a dirty cop.
I realized that was going to happen to all I had couriered for them. So I sent instructions to the hacktivists to prepare another copy of their information.
That portion that dealt with the forensically complete image of Hunter Biden’s laptop I caused to reach Garrett Zeiglar, a young man whom I met while in the White House. He had started his“‘Marco Polo”’ operation, but was unique among those looking into Hunter Biden’s drive to have the full version, including the worst 400,000 files that Hunter erased just before turning his laptop in.
I took the 2.5 Terabytes of the other stuff I mentioned, and caused copies to be stored in safe places. For when we have a functioning UnitedStates government again.
Byrne adds that the government shut down the team tasked with investigating this corruption. "My understanding is that the information I brought in, particularly the stuff linking Perkins Coie to kiddie-porn, was so highly radioactive that the leadership of this immensely successful interagency task force, one that had operated for several years with great success, which had gotten large budget increases, and was considered the hot ticket in each of a dozen three-letter agencies… the leadership was called in and fired, or sent home on suspension."
Byrne notes that many of the interagency investigation agents were so disgusted by this, that dozens of them walked into Congress as whistleblowers.
Byrne adds two final interesting pieces of information before wrapping up this incredible interview.
He notes that a whistleblower informed him that in 2015 CIA Director John Brennan, had visited the UK, then had visited Moscow. On the visit to the UK,Director Brennan had slipped his security and been seen in the back of a limousine where he rode for 3 hours. It was believed that in the limousine was the head of the UK branch of the (FSB (which used to be called the, “KGB”).
“Some months later, in April, 2015 Brennan had gone to Moscow. He slipped out of the US Embassy at 3:30 AM and got into a the back of a limousine, in which he rode for 2.5 hours. It was believed that the limousine contained the head of the Russian FSB.”
Byrne speculates on one of the subjects that might have been discussed in the limo.
In March of 2015, Maria Butina arrived in Washington and got noticed.
Consider the possibility that what he said in the back of that limousine was, "Hey last month you had this red-head intellectual over in DC. Send her back to DC and we’ll have some fun with her."
In May she comes back as noted above, and begins attending dinners and events with various Republican candidates and leadership.
Byrne posits that this means the Russian Scandal was set up as early as April 2015, and no later than July...even before Trump came down the escalator and declared his candidacy.
Meaning: the Russian Scandal was set up so that whoever emerged within the Republicans was going to slam into a Russian scandal. It was not about Trump at all.
Which confirms it was just part of constructing the elements of a coup on whomever came to power, like bribing Hillary Clinton so that she could be blackmailed."
MK Comment: What we have witnessed over the last 8 years and discussed in detail in the article is a coup at the highest levels of our government, and deep corruption and rot by the 'Deep State'.

Are the allegations and first hand evidence described in the interview all true? I have no idea.
But as I mentioned, I think Patrick is an honorable person with high integrity with the greatest respect for truth and the law.
If we had a legitimate DOJ and law enforcement apparatus in this country that took their oath seriously, they would drop everything and empower a bipartisan team of special counsels to investigate every aspect of his claims.
And House Republicans should hold hearings immediately.
There's a clear choice before all of us now, irrespective of party or allegiance. Do we demand accountability and an honest investigation into these allegations, or are we content to lose our country and the constitutionalist principles that made it great. -MK
