Abbot - Checkmate
This week we focus on Texas.
More than two weeks ago we flagged this potential tinderbox.
On Monday, the Biden Administration won a minor injunction before the Supreme Court giving Border Patrol agents the right to cut down border defenses like razor wire that Texas had installed as it took control of Eagle Pass.
The Biden goons gave Texas until 1pm Friday to cut down the razor wire and relinquish control.
Hopefully, Texas gives the same respect to the Supreme Court ruling as the Biden Administration has with regard to the student loan forgiveness ruling. In that matter, the Court instructed Biden that he surpassed his authority by unilaterally forgiving student loans by Executive Order. Biden defiantly ignored the ruling and has continued to erase student loans to the tune of $137 Billion.
Remarkably, this is one of the first instances where a conservative Republican has not caved or blinked when the pressure was turned up a bit with Gov. DeSantis of Florida being the only other notable exception during Covid.
Imagine if Abbott and the Governors had drawn the line 3 years ago, before 10 million+ people came thru the border unvetted.
The escalating conflict ignites a long-brewing clash against a federal government that has spiraled into a state of unchecked expansion, moral bankruptcy, and constitutional defiance. This government has overstepped its boundaries into realms far beyond its original mandate, while simultaneously neglecting its legitimate duties, to the profound detriment of the American populace, particularly those in border states who bear the brunt of its insane 24/7 open border policy.
26 other states joined Texas immediately in solidarity and a formidable convoy of vehicles from across the nation is mobilizing, setting its course for Texas in a resolute show of alliance with the Governor and the steadfast citizens of Texas.
This act embodies the very essence of Texas asserting its autonomy against what it deems as unwarranted federal encroachment. It stands as a testament to the principles of States Rights and decentralization, poised to etch a defining chapter in the annals of American history.
The discourse on the overreach of federal authority vis-à-vis the sovereignty of state governance is profound.
Thomas Jefferson articulated a critical check on federal encroachment, stating:
"Should the federal entity overstep its bounds by exercising powers not explicitly granted to it, such actions are to be deemed invalid, devoid of legitimacy, and ultimately ineffectual... In instances where the federal body arrogates powers not entrusted to it, the just recourse is to render such acts null and void."
The federal government's liberal interpretation of immigration statutes—essentially adopting a 'F it, let ‘em all in 24/7' policy—emboldens it with powers that were never conferred upon it by the Constitution, thereby necessitating a robust assertion of State rights as the corrective measure.
Here’s what I expect to happen.
Within 72 hours, the Biden Administration will come up with a ‘solution’ that lets them attempt to wiggle out and save face from Texas’ checkmate.
Biden and his fellow anti-American Democrat supporters are in a no win situation - they just haven’t realized it yet.
Despite media spin to the contrary, 90% of the nation is well aware of the facts:
Under Trump, we had the lowest border crossings in a generation (and perhaps ever).
Biden reversed all of Trump’s border policies and deliberately threw the border wide open inviting any and all to come across.
We saw the largest invasion we’ve ever seen on the Southern border with over 10M+ illegals crossing in less than 3 years.
Biden is now in the unenviable position of fighting Texas and most of the country to defend/demand that the border remain wide open despite the devastating effects of such policy.
States have called this demented monster’s bluff, and there’s no putting the genie back in the bottle.
The speed with which Texas and their allies kneecapped the Biden Regime was remarkable.
But that’s what happens when an illegitimate Regime feels free to make unconstitutional policies with no accountability or blowback.
We forgot the fundamental truth of a Constitutional Republic, the government only rules with the consent of the governed. These anti-human Kleptocrats dramatically forfeited that consent over the last 3 years.
When the people unite against those trying to destroy the country, the traditions and the people, the system and it’s rulers become powerless.
Democracy is a fragile thing. The trampling of individual rights, the Constitution and the intentional infliction of damage on the Republic has gone on for too long.
As I’ve written for 4 years now, it’s time to plant your flag and draw the line.
And defend it with everything you have.

The states that have joined to defend the border of Texas.
Arizona, Kentucky and North Carolina will fall in when needed and even now we have a field of contiguous states standing behind Texas that represents the majority of the United States.

Why it Matters
While the Covid ‘pandemic’ and the criminal, genocidal response to it may have been the greatest crime in modern history, the intentional ‘border overwhelm’ and open border policy is the greatest threat facing the country today.
If we had a real media, the amount of panic and concern we are currently seeing would have been widespread everywhere in this country and not just in a few isolated accounts on Substack and Twitter like yours truly.
I don’t have the time or patience this week to track the full devious plan to deliberately overwhelm the border, causing chaos and worse.
Whether you believe it’s Replacement Theory, drug and human cargo smuggling, sewing the seeds of chaos or adding millions of voters favorable to Democrats, it almost doesn’t matter.
The end result is that the country is suffering hundreds of thousands of deaths from fentanyl and other illegal substances, that millions (as in 10+) of illegal aliens are flooding our shores causing immense security and financial issues, and it’s a perfect execution of Cloward-Piven strategy - causing a crisis so large that the people beg the government to fix it and grant them more control.
And as we’ve learned from 9/11 and Covid, once the government is granted additional emergency powers, they NEVER voluntarily relinquish those powers.
Here’s just a smidgen of what we’re looking at on an everyday basis.
The numbers are so astronomical that they beggar belief. More people are crossing illegally into the country in a single month than during entire years during the Trump administration.
In December alone as the story above shows, more than 370,000 illegal aliens came across the border. Those are just the ones that were interdicted by the Border Patrol. How many came thru that weren’t stopped? It’s impossible to know the figure but you can easily speculate that it’s anywhere from 2-4x the official number.
That’s somewhere between 600K-1.5M illegals in December alone.
And this is all by design.
In a brazen affront to lawful immigration, the Biden Administration has effectively thrown open the gates of our Southern Border, audaciously labeling every unauthorized entrant as an 'asylum seeker.'
This isn't just a policy shift; it's a wholesale betrayal of our nation's sovereignty, dismantling the rigorous 'Remain in Mexico' policy and border safeguards that were painstakingly enacted.
They've rolled out the red carpet, not just inviting but beckoning the world to flood our borders, heedless of the consequences. This isn't just misguided; it's a deliberate erosion of our security, culture, and rule of law, orchestrated with a flagrant disregard for the citizens who bear the brunt of this recklessness.
Thank God Texas and Gov. Abbott finally said enough is enough.

We’ve allowed tens of thousands of criminals and terrorists to come into our country unvetted. This was deliberate. Venezuela emptied its jails and it’s criminal gangs, Iran, Syria, China and others sent tens of thousands of military aged trained males here.
Just as citizen journalists have been the only ones to raise this red flag throughout the crisis, so will citizen militias and state forces be the only ones that offer some measure of protection or resistance.
Your government wants you sick, weak and demoralized. It’s much easier to control a population that way and make them dependent on the solutions they can provide.

The Los Angeles Times announced they will be laying off 20% of the communist hordes currently infesting their newsroom.
And I’d be lying if I said the headlines and pictures of empty newsrooms didn’t put a smile on my face.
Yes, mocking the firings of LA Times staffers is ‘ghoulish’…but believe me, it’s ‘necessary’.
The Washington Post (‘Democracy Dies in Darkness!’) and other empty shells of ‘journalism’ are also bleeding subscribers and red ink.
Something approaching 97% of NY Times and LA Times journalists voted for and/or donated to Hillary or Biden. This isn’t a journalistic enterprise, it’s a professional agitprop machine.
The unravelling of what's been dubbed the 'Regime Media' isn't just expected; it's a moment of schadenfreude for those of us who cherish journalistic integrity. The $83 Million Dollar Woman
The Left got to run a short term victory lap with the award to Jean Carroll of $83M in damages.
The case is a prima facie example of our corrupt Justice System and open lawfare on the ruling side’s primary political opponent.

Any discerning observer, upon reviewing the wealth of exonerating evidence and considering each fact individually, would find ample grounds for doubt in this matter. It becomes clear that this situation is merely the latest maneuver by a desperate establishment to neutralize its primary competitor.
Here's what you need to know about E. Jean Carroll, most of which was deemed "inadmissible" by the judge:
- She couldn't recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened
- She never told anyone about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality
- The dress she claims to have been wearing didn't exist at the time and was created years later.
- Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible
- Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman
- Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed
- Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her "favorite shows")
- Trump's Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows
- She has a history of falsely accusing men of r*pe, including Les Moonves
- She told Anderson Cooper, "most people think of r*pe as being sexy. Think of the fantasies."
- She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina
The biggest doubt of all though is simply this - Trump is a man that has had his pick of the most beautiful women on the planet. He was in charge of the Miss USA Pageant, and has had multiple stunning women as his romantic partner, each more beautiful than the next.
If you think a man who never was seen in public with less than a ‘9’ suddenly raped the above in a public dressing room midday in one of the busiest NY department stores, I’ve got a bridge in Brooklyn….
There’s a better chance Trump would’ve tried to saddle up Big Mike than this loon.
Dems can celebrate all they want; the reality is this is a Pyrrhic victory.
It accomplishes 4 real things:
Further illustrates the corruption of the system to any honest observer.
Motivates Trump voters and independents even more who see an obvious huckster conspiring with a leftist Billionaire (Epstein Island frequent flyer award member Reid Hoffman) and a partisan NY Assembly and Judge to change the law and produce an outcome that anyone who cares about the ideals of the Justice System should find abhorrent.
Puts Trump and team on notice that he’s likely DOA at the trial level in the Washington DC ‘election interference’ despite being a made up case of made up law (all things I’ve written about in the past).
Sidetracks the Left into celebrating an agitprop victory, while losing sight that it will have no real effect anywhere else and distracting them from the real battle ongoing in Texas.
Should the justice system in our nation adhere to the standards currently in play, then my anticipation grows for the moment when Tara Reade, Paula Jones, and Juanita Broderick receive their rightful opportunity in court. Unlike Carroll’s absurd case, their accusations come supported by actual tangible evidence.

It’s up to every individual to take control of their health and treatment. Any directives from the WHO, public health or the ruling US Regime are DOA as mandates.
They’re free to make suggestions, as are biohacking focused Twitter anons - most of which have been infinitely more accurate and higher quality than anything we’ve seen from the public health establishment since Covid.

Here’ the playbook for the other side on ‘Protecting Democracy’. It’s called, “The Authoritarian Playbook’, and it’s written of course as if Trump is the unhinged authoritarian that will wreck their precious ‘democracy’.
This is their blueprint for how they will either prevent Trump from winning or kneecap him so he’s powerless if he does (God forbid!) get elected.
The document reminds me of the “Fortifying the Election” playbook the same groups came out with before the 2020 Election that Time Magazine wrote about. Essentially, this was their blueprint for stealing the election or making sure Trump couldn’t challenge the results when it was clear there was widespread fraud.
When it comes to ‘Fortifying Democracy, if only these groups had fortified Democracy and pushed back on ‘authoritarianism” over the last 3 years (weaponization of DOJ, pandemic mandates, open lawfare, open borders, etc) we wouldn’t be in this Hobbesian Trap.
But no, they had to ‘destroy democracy to save it'.
We’re in a terrible position. The FBI and everyone else knows what’s coming. Tens of thousands of unvetted people, many from hostile nations who emptied their jails and sent terrorists over with carte blanche to wreak havoc. 10 Million+ people who don’t share our culture, ideals, language or beliefs are now in the country. Perhaps as many as 30 million since Obama.
There’s no going back to sanity or security unless we close the border immediately and begin widespread deportations.
