Things continue to get spicy. I wish there the good news was more patent and plentiful; however, ‘batten the hatches’ continues to be the advice du jour. There will be no relief over the next 12 months until the election. Arguably, the 2024 election may not provide any relief either as it remains undetermined whether we have real, actual elections or just fraudulent theater that gives the perception of Democracy.

The mantra in the back of your head should remain, “No one is coming to save us but ourselves.”

This may be a tough bone to swallow for the Qidiots and those who still believe we have a functioning system.

Nevertheless, the power has always been in the people and there has been a string of victories and awakening over the last few years that shows the pendulum is swinging back to sanity and away from the lies and absurdity of elite totalitarianism we’ve witnessed in accordance with the Covid, trans-globalism, and climate change lunacy that have pervaded our reality.

Most importantly, the tide has turned on open borders and mass illegal immigration. Even the most died in the wool limousine liberals now realize their own perfect, ‘rules for thee’ lives are being upended by the insanity of allowing millions of unvetted invaders through our non-existent borders.

The extensive videos of rioting and looting and mass crimes by the black underclass in our major cities is also alarming suburban moms and independents throughout the nation creating a backlash against the communist subterfuge of mass immigration and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion).

This sets up another landslide election for Trump or whomever the Republican candidate is if there is a fair election and if Biden is the candidate.

Outside of the concerns above and a sputtering economy courtesy of ‘Bidenomics’, the primary concern of conservatives and America First adherents is the inevitable replacement of Biden as the Presidential candidate. Again, we don’t know how they will do it exactly (or legally), but it’s safe to bet that Newsom or Big Mike will be the Democratic candidate if the Demented Corpse in the White House keeps polling at 10% behind Trump.

The prevailing lesson is you’ll have to make your own good news. That’s always been Lesson Number 1. Create your own luck and momentum…and be prepared.

For more than 3 years now I’ve warned you about the slow-motion collapse of the American Republic due to the endemic corruption, fraud and incompetence. Decades of bad political, financial and monetary decisions cannot be unmade in one election cycle, or with the combined might of the Deep State, the media and academia aligned against reform.

Here’s a roundup of some of the more interesting stories that caught my eye this week.

Look over Here

The subterfuge continues on the national front. Every time some new bombshell regarding the Biden crime family comes out, the Regime responds with another indictment of Trump.

This time the House Oversight Committee revealed that President Joe Biden's brother, James Biden, told FBI agents that Hunter Biden and the Biden family attempted to help a Chinese energy company purchase U.S. energy assets while believing the Chinese company's chairman was directly tied to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Shortly thereafter, Hunter was wired $250k from the Chinese firm, with Joe Biden’s Delaware home listed as the beneficiary address.

On the very same day this bombshell was revealed, we were treated to a NY judge unilaterally determining that Trump and the Trump organization defrauded banks and lenders by overvaluing his assets.

Never mind the same banks and lenders had all these facts at hand and chose not to bring a case of any sort (and why would they? They made money on the loans and were paid back in full by Trump). This is the first case of I’ve ever seen of an outside prosecutor brining a case on behalf of banks that were paid back in full.

Also remember the US attorney for the Southern District of Manhattan looked at these same set of facts and decided it wasn’t worth pursuing.

That didn’t stop NY’s Attorney General Latitia James from bringing an action for a very unique case with no victim and no damages.

And of course, they judge shopped for a TDS nutcase named Arthur Engoran who decided he knows more about lending and finance than the most sophisticated banks and investment professionals out there.

In one key snippet of the case, the Judge independently determined that Trump’s Mar a Lago property is only worth $18M, and that Trump vastly overestimated its value.

$18M huh? There are empty pieces of land for sale nearby that are smaller and sell for 3x that price.

Democrats operate under the assumption that people are stupid. For proof, look no further than Judge Engoran’s ruling where he arbitrarily determined that the property value of Mar-A-Lago is $18 million.

For context, President Trump paid $10 million for the property in 1985. Adjusted for inflation, that is $28.53 million in 2023 dollars. Add to that the significant development, upgrades, and renovations done to the property over the decades. Yet, you're expected to believe the property is worth $10.53 million less today than it was purchased for 38 years ago.

The club reports annual revenues in excess of the judge's arbitrary value of $18 million. $25.1 million in 2017, $22 million in 2018, and $21.4 million in 2019.

The Florida real estate market, and especially the South Florida market, has experienced a boom in the past decade as people relocate to Florida from all over the country and foreign investors purchase real estate. However, you're expected to believe that a golf resort in that area has depreciated in value while all other properties have appreciated 10x in value.

It doesn't matter how you personally feel about Donald Trump. The fact that the property has served as the residence of a president and is a U.S. National Historic Landmark adds significant prestige and value to a property.

Lastly, in 2022, Forbes valued the property at approximately $350 million.

But again, I’m sure an old, clueless liberal judge knows more than the most sophisticated financial players out there.

Nevertheless, this became the focal point of the week, emerging right as the impeachment inquiry into Biden began. This inquiry aims to determine if there's sufficient evidence against Biden to initiate Articles of Impeachment.

Consistently, the Democratic refrain has been, "There's NO evidence." This stance is as skeptical as it is misguided. And yet, the media continues to champion it, akin to claiming a blue sky is green.

And I guess to some degree they’re right.

Outside of bank records, SARs, wire transfers, Private bank transactions, texts, emails, WhatsApp messages, photos of President Biden with Hunter's business partners, voicemails to his son, the business partners saying Joe is the brand, the "big guy" and "the chairman", the two whistleblowers testimony, the calls between Biden and Poroshenko, the video of Biden bragging about coercing Ukraine to fire the prosecutor investigating his son, and Hunter's statements that he gives his father half of his income, there is NO evidence!

Canada is the New Argentina

One of the best moments of the week came when Justin Trudeau, TinPot Zelensky and the entire Canadian Parliament gave a standing ovation to an actual Nazi.

Now I know Russia has become the boogeyman du jour. But do all these people really not have a single clue who Russia fought in WW2? And despite our history textbooks proclaiming the USA as the savior of the world during The Big One and offering mere lip service to Russian participation, the reality is slightly different. Russia lost 26 million men, 50x the amount the US lost fighting the Nazi machine. But for Stalingrad and Hitler getting bogged down on his Eastern Flank, there’s a darn good chance the war would have turned out differently for the US and the world had the Soviets not entered the fray.

Most 5th graders understand who Russia fought in the War and yet, the entire Canadian Parliament clapped mindlessly for a man who assisted the Nazis in their war effort. Yaroslav Hunka went from living a quiet, unnoticed life in Canada, to being feted by the Canadian Prime Minister and parliament, to now being the focus of deportation and potential criminal charges by Israel’s famed Nazi-Hunter unit.

Talk about a turnaround!

Alex Brown gives us a sage summary of the entire farce. Money quote:

“When a Nazi gets invited to parliament in 2023 and everyone claps, what emotions can be left but astonishment, consternation, and horror? There should be no need for reflection, repentance, and renewal. The promise of Canada has been broken; the memories of our war dead sullied; our core principles made rotten.”

On the bright side, the entire episode has been a monstrous black eye for Trudeau and the Pro-Ukraine crowd. More and more Americans are waking up to the insanity that we are sending hundreds of billions overseas to a war that has already been lost while here at home we can’t get money or solutions for the simplest of problems here at home such as veteran homelessness or the disaster in Maui.

As the election gets closer and closer, the voluntary proxy war in Ukraine that we did our fair share of starting will grow more and more unpopular. Congressional Republicans and Democrats already know there is zero chance of passing additional funding for Ukraine in a stand alone bill. That’s why they’ve done their best over the last year to hide the funding in other bills that deliver critical services. With the government shut down looming, some Republicans are finally standing up and demanding a ‘clean’ spending bill for Ukraine that people can vote up or down for, and go on record for their constituents to see where their loyalties lie. The question remains: do their priorities align here at home with the American public? Or 5,000 miles abroad in a needless proxy war that has devastated the Ukrainian public but enriched military contractors and lobbyists across our nation?

Where is Waldo Hobbs?

The most interesting (and quiet) story of the week is the incredible, MIA Katie Hobbs. The Arizona governor who presided over one of the most corrupt elections in recent years apparently went ‘missing’ for 24 hours or so. It’s not only Hobbs that is gone, but her #2 the Secretary of State was also gone as well. Rather than put out a press release or hold a news conference, the only thing the citizens of AZ received on the subject was a press release put out by the Republican State Treasurer, who noted that she was currently in charge for the time being.

So the top two Democrats in the State go MIA, don’t brief the press or release anything and the only news we get on it is a brief release from the State Treasurer saying she is the ‘acting Governor’ until tomorrow but will refrain from naming directors to the 13 agencies with vacancies? Like I said, just bizarre.

Of course the internet exploded with wild rumors (Mexican Cartel, indicted, etc) meriting an ‘official’ explanation (or coverup, depending on how you see it) a day later when Hobbs team noted she was in DC meeting with Homeland Security Mayorkas over border issues.

That’s all well and fine, but there’s no need to appoint an acting Governor when you travel out of state for a day. That’s not customary or normal.

At a minimum in a representative Democracy, if you’re going to skip town or disappear for a day, you owe the public a clear explanation why someone else is taking your spot. There’s more to this story than we’ve seen.

Government Shutdown

There's a notable shift in dynamics, with Republicans taking a firmer stance on Ukraine and challenging the persistent budget maneuvers typical of Washington's bureaucracy.

Historically, the approximately 15 government shutdowns haven't induced lasting significant economic impacts, except for those directly affected by furloughs.

However, the current situation might diverge from the norm, given the fragile state of the economy and the financial sector. Yet, I remain moderately unconcerned. I doubt the Republicans will have the balls to maintain this stance for more than a week at most.

Of course in media la-la land and among the Democratic parrots, it’s apocalyptic.

The reality is if 80% of the federal government disappeared tomorrow, almost no one would notice (except for the 80% of government employees who have been living high on the hog for the last few decades).

It’s worth the risk of a shutdown to highlight the absurdity of tying Ukraine funding to this whole budgetary abomination.

You won’t see a lot of tears on my end. No government employee missed a single paycheck during the Covid Scamdemic as the elites locked us down, closed schools and destroyed small businesses

A shutdown would likely induce Moody’s, the last remaining debt ratings agency to downgrade the US debt from Triple AAA. Then again, this was inevitable and mere gamesmanship anyway, as there is no sane, financially literate person in the world that believes we can pay back our debt ever. Period. Currently at $33 Trillion and running deficits of more than $2 Trillion a year with over $100 Trillion more in unfunded liabilities on the balance sheet, this is just a giant game of ‘kick the can’ down the road.

As the government spokesperson says in the video linked here notes, a shutdown:

"It would eliminate 12000 FBI agents and almost 1000 ATF agents."

Hey, I was already excited about a shutdown. You don’t have to sell it to me…

Dianne Feinstein - Dead at 90. Shouldn’t Hurt Re-Election Chances.

Thursday afternoon, Senator Dianne Feinstein cast a vote on a bill despite being incapacitated for months and having appointed her daughter power-of-attorney.

Friday morning we learned she passed after 45+ years of being on the government dole.

While I generally make it a rule not to speak ill of the dead, I’ll break this rule to respond to the glowing tributes and obituaries from Democrats (and strangely, many Republicans).

She was famous, yes. But legendary? Heroic? Great? That’s a bridge too far.

Feinstein, in her 31 years as a senator, supported banning weapons, spying on US citizens, the war on drugs, constant sanctions on multiple countries, FISA courts, the patriot act, increased war around the world, deeming Snowden a "traitor," etc. She also had a Chinese Spy as her personal driver and confidant for more than 2 decades, despite having been warned to that fact. She was quoted as saying, "Maybe in a past life, I was Chinese." Yes, she’s a total icon to women in politics.

It's high time we address the elephant in the room: Feinstein's tenure has been a blight on American politics. For over three decades, she has been at the helm, yet one cannot help but question the real 'achievements' from her time in service. The Chinese spy in her employ for two decades is not merely a concern but a severe breach of trust. How could such an oversight happen, and what other security risks might we not know about?

Then there's the glaring issue of her financial ascent. Her average salary was $150K over the last 30 years, yet her net worth is $220 million. MILLION. That she stole. From you. Via insider trading, money laundering and all the other ways politicians turn a few hundred thousand dollars into tens or hundreds of millions in record time. All the while she allowed California, and her District of San Francisco, to turn into a drug-infested 2SLGBTQIA+ homeless zombie apocalypse.

Feinstein stands as the epitome of an establishment politician, and her legacy showcases how such leaders can inadvertently or even actively harm the very nation they vow to serve. Her left-leaning policies, particularly her stance on open borders, have massively exacerbated California and the country’s challenges and set a horrible precedent for the nation.

We need to confront this legacy head-on. Whether it's Feinstein, Pelosi, McCain, or any other stalwart of the political establishment, we must critically evaluate their actions and the lasting impacts of their tenure. As conservatives and adherents to truth, it's our duty to spotlight these issues, ensuring that America's leadership is held to the highest standard of integrity and effectiveness. Only then can we hope for a brighter, more prosperous future for our nation.

Mark Milley Steps Down

Regarding the recent flood of eulogistic commendations, General Mark Milley is departing, and the mainstream media has swiftly provided him with the same laudatory accolades reminiscent of those bestowed upon Feinstein.

Milley's tenure can be described as a series of missed opportunities, often appearing as a mere puppet of the Left. The glowing accolades he received upon his exit would make one believe we were bidding farewell to the likes of General MacArthur or Patton. In a parting shot clearly aimed at Trump, Milley labeled him a 'wannabe dictator'.

Victor Davis Hanson encapsulates my sentiments on Milley succinctly. This is the very leader who mishandled the Afghanistan exit without expressing remorse or taking responsibility. Additionally, his endorsement of trans-ideologies has arguably contributed to unprecedented lows in military morale and recruitment:

“As Gen. Milley leaves office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, on his last day he goes out ranting about his loyalty to the Constitution and not to a “dictator,”—blasting Trump without mentioning Trump, and thus trumping as it were Trump’s own excesses with those of his own.

So transits the most politicalized and weaponized 4-star CJS since the office was created.

Would that instead Milley had at least explained the 2021 historically disastrous flight from Kabul and defeat in Afghanistan, or the radical implementation of woke agendas into the Pentagon retention and promotion policies, or why he felt the illustrious and renown Professor Kendi, of current Boston University “Center for Antiracist Research” infamy, should be required reading for the U.S. military at time when its recruitment is descending into historical lows and its deterrent reputation is seriously questioned.

So what about Milley’s own “constitutional" legacy?

Is it that an officer who deems his civilian President and Commander in Chief dangerous—as diagnosed by 4-star psychiatrist, state department diplomat, and now theater commander Milley—has a right to commandeer the chain of command, usurp powers that are expressly by law denied to him, and then take it on himself in a time of Chinese-American tensions to freelance, by contacting his communist counterpart to warn him about his own president’s diagnosed volatility, and to reassure the hardened Stalinist that Dr/Gen. Milley will inform him first of any precipitate action from the White House.

Dictatorial much?

Americans might ask the departing Milley, two questions, 1) if Trump is reelected in 2024, will a retired General Milley, as did his retired 4-star colleagues in 2020, violate the Uniform Code of Military Justice and repeat his current charges against a second-term President Trump—matching the previous invective of his colleagues' accusations of “liar” or “Mussolini”?.

And 2) what would Milley have done had a subordinate like himself, say a 3-star general, decided that Gen. Mark Milley’s Beijing gambit and his arrogation of command powers that were not legally his own, posed a grave threat to the republic?

And thus would such a 3-star call up theater commanders to warn them to resist Milley’s reckless orders and to report to him first, followed by his phone call to the top Chinese PLA general to assure them that if Milley somehow gave an order deemed by the 3-star to be dangerously provocative, then he would not only not obey it but rather first warn the Chinese military of Milley’s unstable state of mind.

Is that the kind of military Milley wishes to leave as his legacy, as he departs barking accusations at the moon?”

Orwell Belongs to Us

Kudos to my friend Kim D. for pointing out the following.

Recently, Sasha Stone was accosted on her Substack comments section by a white man who took offense at Sasha brilliantly laying out how the left has changed into something unrecognizable from liberalism of 30 years ago.

Now this is how you handle an unhinged comment from a vicious lefty, a white man who only feels safe cursing at a woman (Sasha Stone) because she switched sides after watching the left fall down the rabbit hole. He commented on her Substack: "Keep Orwell's name out of your goddamned mouth you f***ing hack!!!!!!!!!!!"). She responded publicly.

Sasha Stone:

Ah, but there you would be wrong, oh young thought policeman. Orwell is probably the only person who could adequately call out the hypocrisy of the Left because he lived it himself. 1984 isn’t only about a liberal utopia, there are shades of fascism in there too. But it’s never wise to defend yourself against people like this. After half of my life online, I have learned at least that much: never defend, always go on offense.”

Senator Menendez - Hard Money Advocate

As we mentioned last week, Senator Robert Menendez of New Jersey was indicted for accepting bribes from Egypt….

The best part of the whole ugly business, is that Menendez’s bribe of choice was gold bars. Guess he’s not the only one out there that isn’t a fan of fiat money. What’s the point of selling out your country for dollars that you know will be devalued in the coming years when you can get hard money like gold or bitcoin?

If he’s acquitted, I’d nominate him to the Federal Reserve Board. He’s a better choice than all those MMT morons that helped put us into the high inflation debt spiral we’re currently enjoying.

How to Spot a Manufactured Hoax

Covington Catholic: high school kids branded as racists for smiling at a deranged man.

Canada Catholic Church: alleged mass graves of indigenous children were not real, but 80+ churches were burned and desecrated in retaliation over a false narrative.

Jamal Bowman Goes Full Retard

Apparently NY Democratic Congressmen Jamal Bowman (“in a direct attack on Democracy” - that’s how it works right?) pulled the fire alarm in one of the Capitol buildings before a motion to adjourn, as Dems tried to delay the continuing resolution bill vote they knew they would lose over the government shutdown.

Now, a stunt like this to knowingly and intentionally interfere with Congressional proceedings is a crime, as the hundreds of Americans rotting away in prisons in DC with multi-year sentences after J6 can attest to.

One participant was sentenced to 16 years for breaking a fence and entering the Capitol for chrissake.

Apparently Jamal compounded his crime by lying to investigators, informing them he thought the fire alarm panel would, “Open the door.”

The good news for Jamal is he’s a Black Democrat, and thus sports double privilege. We know the laws aren’t applied equally to Dems so don’t be shocked when his punishment is the House Ethics Committee and/or Judge sentences him to 60 days of trying to not do anything stupid, instead of the actual jail time and censure any Republican would have doubtlessly faced.

Hell, if it was Matt Gaetz he’d probably be facing an insurrection charge and sitting in a CIA Rendition site already…

Maybe this is what he was looking for…

What I’m Reading and Watching….

Coleman Hughes recently delivered a compelling Ted Talk addressing racism. Ted being Ted, took Coleman’s ‘radical’ viewpoint like people should not be judged on their color as an outrageous and racist affront to the Comrades at Ted. So they diminished his reach and declined to feature the talk in certain channels that would have gotten it more circulation.

As much as it kills me to recommend anything from Bloomberg now that they’ve become a left-leaning publication, their podcast, “Spellcaster: The Rise and Fall of Sam-Bankman Friedman” is well done. Worth a listen if you’re interested in that segment as SBF’s trial begins next week.

Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) revealed new allegations that Dr. Fauci went to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Headquarters to “influence” its COVID-19 origins investigation. Money quote: "The CIA potentially skewed its COVID-19 origins review by offering six analysts significant financial incentives to conclude that the result of its investigation was inconclusive.” Yikes. Yet more evidence the entire Covid Scamdemic was a manufactured narrative and psyop. Between this and his Gain-of-Function research in conjunction with China that killed millions, how is Fauci not behind bars yet?
