As we spoke about two weeks ago, we’re rapidly heading into the Class 5 Rapids that I expect from 2024. Between the election and a shadow cabal desperate to hold onto power, a potential conflict in Taiwan (which is all but unwinnable by Team America if it breaks out - see below), and additional heat in various regions (Lebanon, Guyana, Ukraine/Moldova), 2024 is shaping up to be a barnburner.
We’re still in the honeymoon phase where markets and the economy are humming along (or whistling past the graveyard, depending on your perspective).
I strongly urge you again to bolster your personal bastion.
Whether that is more cash, more weapons, more food, more medicine or an area study, the time is now to stock up.
The adage holds true: it's better to be overprepared than caught off guard. These reserves, accumulated now, will serve you well over time, be it in the coming weeks, months, or years. Remember, a stitch in time saves nine, and preparation is the key to resilience.
As one of my favorite sayings goes:
Ghost Donors & Letitia James
It’s a massive scandal and massively illegal and corrupt. But as long as it benefits the party in power who controls the levers of law enforcement, I wouldn’t expect anything to happen.
Just as Ukraine and FTX are/were quasi multi-billion money laundering schemes, it appears that there are whole networks of ‘ghost donors’ set up nationwide to illegally funnel campaign funds and donation to US politicians.
The latest to fall under the cloud of corruption is NY Attorney General Letitia James, the legal ‘gladiator’ known for her epic showdowns with Donald Trump based on a total lack of understanding of the way markets or real estate works.
In this case, a citizen journalist on Twitter has unraveled a web of financial enigmas within James' campaign war chest, igniting a firestorm over the murky waters of political finance.
2023 was a year of high living for Tish James, with her campaign reportedly dropping a cool $28,000 on hotel stays, including some swanky Puerto Rican retreats. Dig a little deeper, and you uncover a five-year spree of $384,000 splurged on the high life: hotels, flights, fancy meals—you name it including a generous $84,000 on flights to spots outside of NY.
I’m a bit old fashioned so you’ll have to educate me why a NY public servant requires private jet flights and swanky hotels outside of NY for official ‘business’.
And let's not forget the hefty $300,000 doled out to a "campaign consultant" living in a 2bd apartment in Brooklyn in the year after she WON re-election which makes one ponder what kind of ‘campaign’ was the consulting being done by the unnamed recipient?
Yet, the real spice lies in the shadowy realm of "ghost donors." More than 20,000 individuals made donations in 2022 that didn’t live in New York such as ‘Suzanne’ from South Dakota and ‘Barbara’ from Maryland. Their staggering contributions seem to dance around the edges of campaign finance laws, blurring the lines of transparency and legality (remember individuals are allowed to donate a maximum of $2000 to a single candidate).
After all, who the heck donates to an Attorney General, running in a totally safe seat, in a whole other state?!
Well, Suzanne wasn’t just a fan of Letitia, as she made over 3000 donations to Act Blue, a Democratic SuperPac in that year totaling over $46K dollars.
This saga of opulence and mysterious backers juxtaposed against James' crusade for financial probity in politics casts a long shadow, raising the age-old question of whether those who guard the guardians adhere to the same standards they set for others.
The scandal is reminiscent of James O’Keefe’s reporting about Act Blue, the shadowy Democratic Super Pac that has thousands of ‘ghost donors’ - elderly widows or other individuals whose identity was stolen and used to make illicit donations to Democratic candidates.
And to be fair, this is far from a Democrat-only issue, as plenty of Republicans were the recipient of these types of ghost donations from their own Super Pacs.
And remember, ff they're doing this with campaign contributions, just think about what they're doing with mail-in ballots…
Here’s a good clip by O’Keefe demonstrating the corruption of dark money campaign finance corruption.
So now we’ve got Letitia James facing scrutiny over clear campaign finance crimes, Fani Willis in Georgia about to be kicked off the case (and hopefully disbarred and prosecuted) for her abuse of the office, and now a traffic Judge in Illinois is removing Trump from the ballot one month after the anti-Trump challenge was dismissed by the Illinois State Board of Elections in a unanimous and bipartisan vote.
I’m starting to notice a pattern here…
Laken Riley
The tragic murder of Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student at the University of Georgia, has ignited a firestorm of public outrage and grief. The details surrounding her death are harrowing, with reports indicating she suffered blunt-force trauma to the head after being attacked while out for a run near the UGA intramural fields. The accused, illegal immigrant Jose Antonio Ibarra, faces multiple charges, including malice murder and kidnapping, highlighting a chilling act of violence that has left the community and the nation reeling.
The case has also sparked a broader conversation about immigration and border security, given Ibarra's reported illegal entry into the U.S. and prolific criminal activities prior to Riley’s murder. We’re rapidly moving towards a vigilante or populist mob justice as it’s become more and more apparent that the government has intentionally permitted this invasion to happen.
It was encouraging to see Athens, GA residents shout down the Mayor of Athens, GA during a press conference where he had the audacity to tell residents they must respect the dignity of illegal immigrants, and tries to deflect to Trump and Charlottesville after Laken Riley was just beaten to death under his sanctuary city policies.
Even Elon Musk pointed out that the entire border crisis is due to 94 Executive Actions Biden rammed through the day he ascended to power.
This was literally Biden’s day one action.
Despite the bald-faced spin regarding the cause of the border crisis and a feeble attempt to pin it on anyone but the architects currently in the White House, most Americans see right through the lies and the immigration crisis continues to be a giant albatross around Biden’s neck.
As I’ve written repeatedly, there is no way to look at the Biden open border policy as anything but a frontal war on the American people designed to fundamentally alter and destroy a way of life.
In the last week or so alone, the following incidents have continued to boil the flame of anger:
If you think it’s ugly now, give it 6 more months of this madness. Eventually, citizens will take matters into their own hands. I’m amazed it hasn’t happened already.
FBI Arrests Journalist for Reporting on Jan 6th without Telling Him Charges
This situation mirrors the storyline of Franz Kafka's "The Trial," a classic work many encounter during their high school years. The novel delves into the nightmarish journey of a man entangled in the incomprehensible machinations of a dystopian, bureaucratic system, portraying a grim vision of governmental tyranny reminiscent of what one might imagine in a regime far from American shores.
The current reality mimics this dystopian work of fiction as the FBI recently arrested Blaze Journalist Steve Baker 3 years after January 6th for his coverage of the events that day while refusing to tell him what charges he is facing.
Remember, an arrest requires probable cause, which is a step up from reasonable suspicion. If you can't articulate a crime you suspect of being broken, you don't have reasonable suspicion and you certainly don't have probable cause. Without probable cause an arrest is illegal.
Let’s see if his fellow journalists and groups that work on behalf of press freedom like the Committee to Protect Journalists will loudly demand answers and offer funding and resources to effect the reversal of this authoritarianism.
And how about all those Republican politicians who demanded you care about Nalvany. Will they say a word about the Biden regime arresting the Blaze journalist?
I’m not holding my breath…

What I’m Watching and Reading…
Here’s a brief clip from Eric Weinstein that lands for me on our current situation. It’s undeniable to anyone with their eyes open (or reader of this letter) that what we’ve been witnessing for the last few years is a war on reality. Or as Eric calls it, “Managed reality.” His imagery is dead on.
In other words, not the truth, not reality, but a carefully constructed matrix to alter the truth and enshrine the corruption and narrative that besets us all on a day to day basis. It’s the day to day gaslighting and lies we are fed everyday by our leaders and the media that conflicts with our own eyes, ears and common sense.
It’s 6 minutes and worth your time. 1:12 to 1:18
His point is that there are clear problems in the world that everyone knows about yet no one has tried to fix or even diagnose them In fact, every effort is made to persuade us that there is no problem, or if there is, we just misunderstand it.
His point on CPI is reflective of most government statistics - namely, they are filled with intentional inaccuracies, aka ‘lies’. Whether it’s inflation or employment, the government statistics are endemically fraudulent. The obvious case is understating CPI (consumer price index, or the official govt read on inflation). By understating CPI, the government gets to pay out less to social security and medicare which are indexed to this number.
If you’re unfamiliar with these concepts, consider becoming a reader of my sister letter Alpha36Ø. Here’s a brief recent note on some of those topics.
America is Heading Towards its own ‘Thermidor’ Reaction
Good Substack by Toby Rogers below on Covid and the Zero Sum Game of Big Pharma. Here’s a fascinating quote from inside:
At a speech at a fundraiser in Florida in early 2020 before we realized that Covid would be a thing, Robert Kennedy Jr. explained that Big Pharma globally makes about $50 billion a year from vaccines but then makes another $500 billion a year from treatment of vaccine injuries. This stunned me at first, but when I started to do the math I realized that he is right. We’ll return to this in a moment.
With Covid, Big Pharma basically doubled its money with another $50 billion a year in Covid vaccine revenue followed by another $500 billion a year from treatment of Covid vaccine injuries. That’s why Pfizer is going into the cancer treatment business for example.
With the potential for a China-Taiwan conflict looming, now is a good time to revisit this one from 2020.
The book critically examines the outdated allocation of resources to weapons systems ill-suited for 21st century asymmetric modern warfare. The money quote is from an insider who reveals that the Pentagon has war-gamed hundreds of scenarios around a Taiwan Strait conflict…and China wins every single time they’ve run the simulation. Period.
And this was before the last 4 years where they’re expertise in drone warfare has blossomed and our current deterrence factor has dropped to multi-decade lows after Biden’s botched retreat in Afghanistan.
I’m starting to arrive at Joshua’s conclusion in War Games when it comes to this potential conflict: The only winning move is not to play.
This little video is too perfect.
I haven’t seem the whole thing yet, but the podcast between Tucker Carlson and Lex Fridman so far is a great watch. Tucker vibes on Putin, Navalny, Trump, CIA, NSA, War, Politics & Freedom.

This is gold…
Speaking of Rosa Parks, I went down a rabbit hole this week. Apparently, Claudette Colvin was the ‘real’ Rosa Parks. Worth a google (or some other search engine that might actually give you the truth).
And this one’s interesting. Mitch McConnell resigns just a short time after his sister-in law dies under mysterious circumstances. Likely unrelated, but I wouldn’t put anything past the Deep State/intelligence community that runs our nation.
