Now that the semester is over, all the cosplaying Jihadists have packed up their Soros tents and headed home for the summer. I’m sure they’ll be gainfully employed or learning their future craft in select internships rather than blocking roadways and rioting in the streets this summer.
I expect to see the little commie foot soldiers out en masse come July and August just in time for the pre-election chaos I and many others are anticipating.
On the bright side, Kansas City Chief’s kicker Harrison Butker planted a big (non-rainbow colored) flag this week for traditional values as he gave a modest speech that wouldn’t have raised an eyebrow 30 years ago.
But in today’s woke, super sensitive, outrage addicted world, of course feathers were ruffled.
Lest you forget, we live in a world where encouraging college graduates to start a family is considered controversial amongst people who think men can menstruate.
Butker’s message was a breath of fresh air, a call to arms for those of us who believe in the bedrock principles of faith, family, and moral integrity. In a society that often derides these values, Butker stood tall and reminded us why they matter. He didn’t mince words, emphasizing the importance of a relationship with God and building a life centered around faith and family. In a world of shifting sands, these are the rocks we need to cling to.
We’re in desperate need of more men like Harrison Butker—men who aren’t afraid to speak the truth, to live out their beliefs, and to challenge the cultural drift towards moral relativism and secularism. His speech was a stark contrast to the usual commencement fare, which often sidesteps any mention of God or traditional values in favor of more "modern" themes.
But let’s be clear: Butker’s stance isn’t just admirable—it’s necessary. In an era where masculinity is often criticized and conservative values are under constant assault, his message is a rallying cry for men to reclaim their roles as leaders and protectors. It’s a call to stand firm in our beliefs, to lead with integrity, and to build lives of purpose and conviction.
Predictably, the reaction has been split. Conservatives have lauded Butker for his boldness and his willingness to say what so many of us are thinking but feel we can’t express. Progressives and single liberal women in particular, on the other hand, greeted the speech with banshee screeches and pearl clutching. But that only underscores the cultural divide we’re facing—and the need for voices like Butker’s to bridge that gap.
Butker’s speech is a reminder that conservative values still have a place in the public square. There’s a silent majority out there, longing for a return to the principles that built this country: faith, family, and a strong moral foundation. These aren’t just nostalgic ideals—they’re essential for the health and stability of our society.
In the end, Harrison Butker’s speech is a powerful testament to the enduring strength of conservative, Judeo-Christian values. His courage to stand up and speak out is an inspiration to men everywhere. We need more leaders like him, willing to defend and promote the principles that can guide us toward a more grounded and virtuous society.
While the entrenched legacy institutions tried their hardest to cancel or distance themselves from Butker, with the NFL even issuing a stern condemnation of his speech, times have changed. Less than a year or two ago, Butker might have faced cancellation. However, the collective response from the right—and notably from his own employer—has been a resounding "GFY."
Remember, in the NFL, you can be a rapist, woman beater, abandon your kids, a racist, misogynist, adulterer, you can be a number of things, a murder, assaulter.
One thing you can't be an NFL Is a truth-teller of Christianity.
Even the daughter of the owner of the KC Chiefs responded with a measured and well thought out response instead of the knee jerk apology we’ve seen from other elites whenever someone dares challenge the orthodoxy.
The pendulum is swinging. The degeneracy and corruption of the left has been exposed as mindless and soulless.
So here’s to Harrison Butker—may his message resonate far and wide. It’s time for us to take a stand, to reclaim our values, and to champion the timeless principles that define a meaningful and honorable life.

If the last few months of Hamas Glampers on college campuses have taught us anything, it’s that the old order is crumbling.
Schools like Benedictine and Hillsdale are infinitely superior to Harvard or Columbia, and the candidates they produce are eminently more hirable and productive than the trust fund legacy libs coming out of the Ivy League Marxist factories.
Here’s the full version of his commencement speech. I didn’t watch it until Saturday morning and was struck by the stark contrast between the media’s vilification of the speech and the actual moderate yet unapologetic content.
And for those that prefer to read, here’s the full text of the speech.

Despite what you see in MSM, Butker jersey sales are through the roof. And he’s made a lot of new fans.

Speaking of accelerating into the hurricane, it’s becoming more and more clear to me that the only way around it is through it when it comes to AI and the oncoming train of AGI.
You don't need to dig too deep to see that OpenAI either already has AGI (artificial general intelligence, capable of human-level intelligence) or is confident it will soon. Several signs point to this.
One major indicator is the attempted coup against CEO Sam Altman a few months ago by those worried that the company's AI was advancing and being deployed too quickly. Another is this week's resignation of nearly the entire "alignment" (safety) team at OpenAI.
Jan Leike, one of those who resigned, posted a thread on X explaining his reasons. He mentioned that in recent months, the alignment team lacked sufficient computational resources ("compute") for safety tasks. Instead, the company prioritized the public rollout of "shiny products."
The most intriguing part of Jan's thread is his near-confirmation that OpenAI has already created AGI and that ASI (artificial superintelligence) is close (see screenshots below).
OpenAI's top model currently is ChatGPT-4. Rumors have long suggested that the next-generation model (often called ChatGPT-5, though its actual name upon release is unknown) was developed months ago. It has since undergone safety testing and refinement, with plans for public release by the end of June.
With June approaching and the entire OpenAI safety team resigning, it seems they believe AGI is about to be released before the safety team deems it ready. Here's some of what Jan said in his X thread:
"[M]uch more of our bandwidth should be spent getting ready for the next generations of models, on security, monitoring, preparedness, safety, adversarial robustness, (super)alignment, confidentiality, societal impact, and related topics."
"We are long overdue in getting incredibly serious about the implications of AGI. We must prioritize preparing for them as best we can."
When Jan refers to "we" and "our," he isn't talking about OpenAI, as he had already resigned. He means humanity in general. Jan insists that all of us should be preparing for the next generations of models and considering issues like security, monitoring, preparedness, safety, adversarial robustness, (super)alignment, confidentiality, societal impact, and related topics.
His emphasis on the urgent need to get serious about AGI implications and prepare for them suggests AGI is either here or imminent. More interestingly, Jan also highlights the urgent need to manage superintelligence, or above-human AI:
"Stepping away from this job has been one of the hardest things I have ever done, because we urgently need to figure out how to steer and control AI systems much smarter than us."
By "us," he clearly refers to humanity as a whole, not just the team at OpenAI. He continues:
"Building smarter-than-human machines is an inherently dangerous endeavor. OpenAI is shouldering an enormous responsibility on behalf of all of humanity."
Jan's statements about urgently needing to control AI systems much smarter than us, and OpenAI's responsibility in building such machines, strongly suggest that superintelligence is near.
Jan is under a strict non-disclosure agreement, so he speaks in generalities. If someone were to challenge another to "tell me AGI is here and ASI is coming without saying it explicitly," this X thread fits perfectly.
I might be wrong, but we will find out soon. The best explanation for the recent drama at OpenAI is that (a) the company is far more advanced in AI development than it has revealed, and (b) it is moving to deploy these newer generations faster than the safety experts believe is wise.
Personally, I favor rapid deployment. The incredible benefits of AGI and/or ASI are immense and almost certain. By contrast, any catastrophic harms are highly uncertain at this point. Furthermore, China may beat us to AGI as they don’t have any of the guardrails or moral qualms and know this would be a game changer vaulting them far ahead of the US and making them the most powerful nation on Earth.
While I agree with Jan as well that we should be adding tremendous resources and focus to bring advanced AI into alignment and make safer, game theory says we don’t have a choice. A Chinese AGi led world would be a vastly worse place. And the current corrupt U.S. regime/failing institutions also lack the moral or competence high ground to effectively regulate. So the only real choice is to accelerate.
Delaying development/deployment out of caution might ultimately do more harm than good. This does not mean that deploying AGI or ASI unwisely couldn't have catastrophic results.
It's tough to determine which presents the bigger risk or if those risks will materialize. However, what we know with near certainty is that before any potential catastrophe, AGI/ASI will alleviate significant human suffering and make the world a better place. When the potential downsides are uncertain but one approach offers clear benefits, my bias is to go with the one offering benefits.

Covid - NIH In the Hotseat
Interesting week on the Covid front as new revelations reveal once again that the skeptics and ‘conspiracists’ were right from the very beginning.
At long last, National Institutes of Health (NIH) principal deputy director Lawrence Tabak admitted to Congress Thursday that US taxpayers funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China in the months and years before the COVID-19 pandemic.
https://nypost.com/2024/05/16/us-news/nih-director-admits-taxpayers-funded-gain-of-function-research-in-wuhan-four-years-after-covid-pandemic-began/
Remember Fauci being cheered by half of America when lying under oath and aggressively responding to Rand Paul? No one seems to care they were lied to by their government.
As Warner Wolf used to say, “Let’s go to the videotape.”
Every single architect of the pandemic deserves to be in jail. Period. No amnesty for these corrupt agents who enriched themselves and destroyed the world in the process.
As if this bombshell wasn’t enough, we also got the former director of the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admits Covid shots caused ‘significant side effects’ among young healthy people.
He also admitted that the vaccine wasn’t really “necessary” for people under 50 years old.
He THEN admitted that many young and healthy people have suffered “significant side effects” from Covid mRNA shots.
Although this is a significant admission, it’s a little too late.
DO NOT forget that 2 years ago, the same CDC signed off on forced vaccinations for workers, mandatory vaccines for pregnant women, and many people lost their livelihoods for refusing. Those who complied are now having to live with significant injuries.
So as you can see from my prior post, we’ve got multiple bombshells with the former head of the CDC admitting the ‘conspiracists’ who were banned on Twitter and lost their jobs and licenses were actually right AND the deputy NIH head admitting to gain of function research.
They also admitted to a program of circumventing FOIA. Huge, huge news. We might be responsible for infecting the world with COVID.
Here’s the rest of David Morens’ email to Peter Daszak, head of EcoAlliance and one of the key architects of the gain-of-function research collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology: "I learned from our NIH FOIA lady how to make emails disappear after I am FOIA'd but before the search starts so I think we are all safe. Plus, I deleted most of those earlier emails..."
And the paper of record, the NY Times, not even a mention.
Nothing! Not even news worthy!
All the News That is Fit To Print. Not even worthy of the sports page.

Women Huh?
Here’s an interesting post from my friend Jason Hochberg. This fits nicely with the Macron expose by journalist Natasha Rey earlier in the year about whether French President Emmanuel Macron’s wife is really a man.
Rey posits with evidence that Mrs. Macron is really Jean-Michel Trogneux (which is the name of Brigitte Macron’s supposed brother). No pictures of Brigitte before her 30s have been produced, and no pictures or appearances of her brother have been seen since Brigitte Macron came on the scene.
The allegations are similar to the ones that have dogged Michele Obama as no pictures have ever been produced of her pregnant nor are there any pictures of her and Barry with their two children as infants or toddlers.
And we’re all familiar with the first lady’s famous ‘swinging’ dance on Ellen…
There’s definitely something strange about some of these famous women and first ladies. I just can’t put my finger on it…
Here’s Jason with more:
“Juliette Gordon Low - Girl Scouts Founder

Lou Henry Hoover - wife of Herbert
Gordon, Anthony and Lou must have had some interesting chats around the water cooler. Remarkable women.
See, it’s like that scene in Superman II, everyone out in normie world thinks they have a tremendous grip on reality, so convinced in their beliefs, they trust the SCIENCE….and I am inside that chamber, in the insane asylum, lost my way according to some of them, insane…..when in fact it is quite the opposite. It‘s all inverted.
Do you notice that over the last few years, almost everything that was mainstream thought from say the NY Times has been proven wrong like a year or two later? That is David Leonhardt’s job. To tell them sheepishly, it’s wrong. School closures, vaccines, defund the police, the border, the lab leak, the Hunter Biden laptop, printing money does not cause inflation, letting people lie in the street in their waste is compassion….almost every single mainstream thought…..wrong. And nothing changes. They don’t even want to fire the people that lied to them.
The Hhhhhhaarrrrvvvvvarrrrrddddd people don’t even look at our old photos. Studying without learning. Going through the motions. The real privilege, superficially learn something and then storm into say a top law firm with a head full of wrong ideas and demand that everyone acknowledge their greatness. Telling poor people they are not entitled to vote for whom they want to vote for while they believe that is defending democracy. Again, when you understand what I understand, I am amazed they put on their shoes correctly.

The Four Agreements
If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend. For those with ADHD or who don’t read books, here’s the gist.
Be impeccable with your words. Your words have the power to create or destroy so choose them wisely.
Don’t take anything personal: recognize that other people’s actions and words are a reflection of their own beliefs and experiences, not a judgement of your worth. Not taking things personally can free you from unnecessary suffering and maintain inner peace
Don’t make assumptions: clarify misunderstandings by asking questions and communicating openly. Making assumptions leads to unnecessary conflict and disappointment. Strive for clarity and understanding in your interactions with others.
Always do your best: give your best in everything you do, but also recognize that your best will vary from day to day. Focus on continual improvement rather than perfection.
Be skeptical, but learn to listen; Be open to new ideas and perspectives while maintaining a healthy skepticism. Listen actively and empathetically to others without automatically accepting or rejecting their beliefs
Take responsibility for your actions: acknowledge your role in creating your reality and take responsibility for your choices and behaviors. By accepting responsibility, you gain power to change and improve your life.
Let go of the past: release resentment, regret, and attachment to past experiences. Dwelling on the past only robs you of the present moments and prevents you from moving forward.
Focus your energy on what you can control: redirect your energy away from worrying about things beyond your control and toward actions that empower you. By focusing on what you can control - your thoughts, actions and attitudes you can cultivate a sense of agency and resilience
Practice self love and self acceptance: Embrace yourself fully, flaws and all. Cultivate self-love and self acceptance by treating yourself with kindness, compassion, and forgiveness. Recognize your inherent worthiness and let go of the need for external validation.
Find freedom in awareness: develop mindfulness and self awareness to free yourself from limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns. By observing your thoughts and behaviors without judgement, you can break free from old conditioning and live authentically.
