Q: What is The 30 Day Alpha360 June Challenge?
A: This is a 4-week virtual program that includes brief video and live training on nutrition, fitness, and mental toughness. You will also receive daily guidance & encouragement, access to a private Facebook/Telegram group, 4 live weekly coaching calls with me, and support materials to help you in all aspects of your journey.
Q: What results can I expect?
A: Based on feedback and testimonials from past challenge participants, when you fully commit to the 4-week challenge, you can expect to reboot or fine-tune your health, habits, and physical and mental performance. Results include weight loss, increased muscle tone, strength, and stamina, sexual dynamism and irresistibility (just making sure you’re paying attention) and the development of an antifragile mindset to handle any challenge or obstacle that comes your way.
Q: Who is The 30 Day Alpha360 June Challenge for?
A: This program is for anyone who wants to dial in their physical health and up-level their mental fortitude. The program is geared to whatever exercise level or diet you can handle so it’s suitable and scalable for all levels. The Program is about consistency, commitment and accountability - not some radical diet or workout program.
Q: How much does the Performance Challenge cost & what does it include?
A: I wanted to make this accessible to everyone, so the Alpha360 JuneChallenge costs just $99 to join.
I typically charge $3000 for my 6 week Alpha Accelerator Mastermind; however, that program is an intensive crash course heavy on markets & wealth building advice. This program will briefly touch on some of those aspects, but the main focus is on upgrading your body and mind. Those who complete the Challenge may receive an invitation to join my private coaching group where we cover advanced strategies to upgrade your money, markets & mindset.
Why charge at all? Because I’ve been doing this long enough to know that without some skin in the game, it’s too easy to quit. I am NOT interested in tire kickers, tourists or spectators. Either come willing to sweat and put some work in, or move along. In the end, the only thing that matters is results. And if you stick to the program, I guarantee you’ll get those.
Q: Do I have to do all 3 parts of this Challenge?
A: The Challenge offers you a way to dial in your nutrition, fitness, and mental toughness. It’s about consistency and accountability, not some magic diet or workout program. Hopefully you’re old and wise enough to realize there is no such thing. We’ll provide some basic workouts and diet examples, but this is not a hand-holding, micromanagement program. You’re expected to bring your own diet or workout program. The key is to do it every day, consistently and remove the bad habits that trip us up from making substantial gains (too many days off, cheat days, drinking, etc). The mental toughness element is for everyone.
Q: Is this only for men?
A: No. The Challenge is open to everyone. I’m roping in my 16yr old in to do it with me.
Q: What is the diet & nutrition element comprised of?
A: I’ll encourage you to follow a diet that is made up of vegetables, fruits, lean meat, poultry and fish, monounsaturated fats (like olive oil) and limited whole grains and dairy. I’ll teach you about intermittent fasting and getting enough protein. You’ll choose your diet - I’ll just make sure you stick to it for the 30 days.
Q: What’s the fitness element?
A: You’ll get sample bodyweight exercises and a few simple workouts you can do right at home if you don’t belong to a gym. This program is excellent whether you’re an advanced athlete or a beginner (it’s scalable for all levels).
Again, The Program is not to give you a magical new diet or workout program. It’s to keep you accountable and make sure you stay consistent and focused throughout the month.
And yeah, you’ll also learn a lot of cool sh*t about mental toughness, antifragility, execution and bitcoin along the way.
Q: What are the actual Challenge steps?
A: It’s simple. For the 30 days of June, you’re going to:
1. Work Out Daily
2. Eat Clean & Stick to a Diet
3. Daily Breathing & Mindfulness
4. 10 pages of Reading
5. Hydrate Properly
6. No Alcohol*
7. No Porn or Masturbation (sex is fine)
8. 60 second Cold Shower.
9. Before & Progress Photos.
10. Ending Crucible
*Individual can ‘pay’ for drinks with extra physical work (ie, 1 extra mile per drink).
Results require work. If you’re killing it already and perfectly happy with your physical and mental situation, then by all means keep doing what you’re doing.
