Restrict Act, Fake Leaks & The Queen of Beers

In 1991 I took a creative writing college interim class at San Francisco State. Saddam had just invaded Kuwait, and the Bay Area liberals were up in arms and preparing to march and protest against the United States’ military response which was gearing up.

This was the peak of my liberal leanings and I had even crafted a snarky ‘No Blood for Oil’ essay for my college’s ‘alternative’ school paper, ‘Da Bomb’.

For those too young to remember, this was the FIRST Gulf War, when Saddam invaded Kuwait, not the SECOND Iraq war where the Bush Administration and intelligence community lied us into the war claiming Iraq had WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION and had participated in 9/11.

My college buddy and I figured we’d hit the march on the Golden Gate Bridge which we assumed would be a great place to meet wild hippie girls. It didn’t take long for our dreams of a Haight-Ashbury caliber free love orgy to be dashed by an avalanche of female armpit hair and alien appearances.

In retrospect, even the physical revulsion had me longing for that breed of liberal in comparison to today’s aliens. Although the liberal left was still batshit crazy and full of loons back then, they at least had principles. When you identified as a liberal you wore the mantle of some core tenets. Libs back then were anti-war, anti Big Pharm, andpro free speech (does anyone remember the ACLU?)

Compare that Left to where it is now. The difference is stunning.

Today’s Left blindly followed Pfizer as they tested a novel genetic therapy for 28 days, hid the results and then rolled out the most ineffective and dangerous ‘vaccine’ of all time.

They blindly broke out their Pom Poms for the US proxy war in Ukraine.

They blindly object to any ‘free speech’ they don’t agree with 100% (“that’s hate speech!”).

And blindly worship at the anti-human religion of politics.

Today’s Left sacrificed all principles and core values but they do continue to believe in the one underlying arch tenet of liberalism, socialism and communism - the more government the better. The bigger the better.

The juxtaposition behind the left of old with their antiwar protest movements, defense of free speech and the statist sycophancy of today’s Left is bewildering to behold.

The only thing starker is the chasm between the competing ideologies of modern day leftism and conservatism.

One subscribes to the maxim of ‘just leave me alone’ and the other subscribes to the ‘do as I say or we will kill you’ school of business - two ideologies that don’t exactly co-exist in nature.

Communism is a cancer. It’s not the idealistic ‘co-exist’ bumper sticker.

It’s like Hamas and Israel. One wants peace…and the other wants to kill children and wipe you off the face off the map. There’s no co-existence with religious zealots who see your very existence as antithetical to ‘progress’. And that’s what the modern Left has become - zealots who worship at the altar of statism.

Speaking of zealots and SFSU, here’s a clip from University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaine's’ appearance last week at the school where she was assaulted and falsely imprisoned. Her offense? Suggesting that women’s sports should be played by women.

This is an easy litmus test that likely 90% of the nation agrees with, and yet only a few brave souls are willing to publicly state that truth out of fear of reprisal or cancellation. If conservatives can’t rally around an issue like this and return some common sense to the nation, it’s likely we end up in a Wrath of Wendigo situation sooner than expected (see Things I’m Reading below…).

More Trans Lunacy

The State of Washington has passed a bill allowing children to legally be taken from their parents if their parents don’t consent to their gender transition. Many other states including California are considering the same.

The destruction of the nuclear family is one of the cornerstones of communism and the Left. Karl Marx said as much in the Communist Manifesto of 1848 where he explicitly called for the abolition of the family.

Whether it was the Bolsheviks, the Cultural Revolution, the Khmer Rouge or the Nazi Brownshirts, by removing the parents from the equation, the State becomes the primary educator and manipulator of a new vanguard. In nearly every revolution throughout modern history, students have been the frontline weapon in brutally restructuring a culture to fit the oppressor’s needs.

What’s becoming abundantly clear is the trans movement is being used to indoctrinate and militarize a generation of confused and depressed children. They’re being manipulated into agents of chaos, lied to by adult groomers and the media that transgenderism is normal and natural, and that it’s cool and noble - just another lifestyle decision like choosing a hairstyle.

After all, how else can we explain the explosion in numbers over the last two decades? People identifying as trans in Gen Z has more than doubled from the Millenials and spiked almost 500% from those in Gen X.

Our world has gotten so insane that there are liberals making the argument that children of any age should be able to ‘choose’ their gender and undergo radical, life altering surgeries and chemical castration to physically transform their bodies.

With a straight face parents and politicians argue that an 8 year old is capable of making these life-changing, irreversible decisions, but that an 18 year old is too young to drink or take a student loan because they can’t possibly understand the implications. I’d throw my hands up at all and let them destroy each other, but the fact is if we can’t stand up for children (or recognize the inherent biological differences between men and women), then who can you actually stand up for if you call yourself a warrior of the light?

Never seen in my lifetime a wave of evil that has emerged from the Democratic Party against children. Nothing like this has been done before in America. Fresh off closing the schools for 16 months, not stopping fentanyl, injecting them with vaccines they did not need, masking them with masks that do not work, they now are doing something so foul and vile, it’s unimaginable.

In CA, I told you about Bill 665. The state can basically cut parental rights if a child, a minor, flees from home and expresses a desire to obtain residential mental health services. Without any showing of abuse or harm, a 12 year old can obtain shelter on the confirmation of a State psychiatrist. This can channel them into gender reassignment therapy without parental consent. A similar bill just passed the Washington State Senate. It’s number is 5599. Now keep in mind and before anyone says I am some kind of trans bigot, I printed this for you below, under CA law, you cannot give a child, a minor, a tattoo. A tattoo. Why do we have a law like that? Because we recognized that a child’s brain is still developing and we do not want them to do something that they may regret as an adult. Basic 101 governance, we draw a line of maturity. Not racist, not bigoted, just an orderly way to conduct society. A child could not be separated from his parent without a strong showing of abuse, but now under this bill, just a showing that they can participate in mental health services, they can basically be admitted to a state run facility for apparently years.

Now let’s talk about the real battle over here. They get to the shelter and are bombarded with propaganda concerning gender reassignment surgery. By definition, this surgery is sterilization. So the State and doctors who stand to profit from gender reassignment surgery get to bombard the kid with propaganda and not the parent? Not the parent? The State of CA is going to sterilize these kids….straight out of Nazi Germany…so sick and twisted.

Remember when all those people on here posted about 500 kids at the border? My timeline filled with those posts. Did you see anywhere near those posts about school closures? How about here with these bills? How would you feel if your 13 year old kid was whisked away without any legal showing of abuse or neglect? Will they say anything about that? No, the answer is no because the brainwashing and social conditioning are so powerful that they will not say anything against the party or do anything to jeopardize their status. It’s like North Korean level conditioning. They have to go along. The evil ones know this.

Evil. Through and through. And where is the Republican Party in opposition? They are fighting evil with a bottle opener, some chewing gum and paper clip. A World Wrestling Federation special.

They really broke this place.

RESTRICT ACT

The Restrict Act is one of the more egregious and dangerous violations of civil liberties this country has ever seen. Aptly nicknamed the Digital Patriot Act, the Restrict Act gives the government immense supervisory authority over the internet and all things digital with little oversight.

The Act claims to protect US interests from Foreign entities. In reality it covers any transaction by any person relating to the digital landscape - TV, internet, all hardware and software, social media, crypto, etc. It allows the Feds to classify anyone they deem a security threat, even US citizens as foreign individuals and it gives unlimited funds, unlimited hiring, no due process and is immune to FOIA.

The Mises Caucus does a good job of summarizing this legislative abortion:

The RESTRICT Act is not just limited to TikTok as it’s been broadly promoted. It gives the government authority over all forms of communication domestic or abroad and grants powers to “enforce any mitigation measure to address any risk” to national security now and in any “potential future transaction.”

So what happens if you are designated a national security threat? What can they access of yours to confirm it? Everything. Notice the preemptive attack on quantum encryption in there, too.

It also allows the Director of National Intelligence and Secretary of Commerce the authority to universally designate new “Foreign Adversaries” without notifying congress and a 15 day window to notify the president. It also requires a joint resolution of Congress to overturn.

If you recall from before, “Foreign Individuals” can now also be US citizens that are deemed a national security threat. Once designated, the bill grants authority to enforce any action deemed necessary to mitigate the threat, with no due process and few limits on punishments.

After the federal government has detained you without due process to mitigate the “immediate threat” you pose, what kind of punishments await you in court? $1,000,000 fine, 20 years in prison and forfeiture of everything you own.

This act also grants unlimited hiring power to positions of enforcement, unlimited funds with little or no review and immunity to FOIA.

Unfortunately, the people in power recognize the constitution for what it is. Paper, with no power or authority at all. They take what they want with no regard for it. It’s time the people recognize the same and refuse to recognize these infringements of their natural rights.

Let your congressman know this is a non-starter. The 1st and 2nd Amendments are all that currently stand between us and absolute digital slavery enforced by the panopticon. The stakes couldn’t be any higher.

Bud Light - Wazzup

If you’ve been sleeping under rock, you may have missed Bud Light’s decision to put Dylan Mulvaney (a former man) in a bikini enjoying a sexualized bubble bath as the new Bud Light spokesperson. Add in some ‘limited edition’ Bid Light cans with his/her/its image and you have one of the greatest brand suicides since Black Rifle Coffee.

The good news is, no real conservative will ever drink Bud Light again, and that’s about 80% of their consumption base. Dollar weaponization is a game conservatives can play too. Transgressors who malign and shit on conservative principles should pay with their wallets. Whether it’s Nike, Anheuser Busch or Black Rifle Coffee, the solution is easy - just walk away from brands, people and places who demean the principles you stand for. ‘Go woke go broke’ is the anthem for the sane right.

Hopefully, smart purchasing decisions won’t only be limited to the consumer. We’re already starting to see bigger corporations close stores in blue cities that have become crime-ridden shitholes. Places like San Francisco, NY and Philadelphia deserve to become food deserts, as corporations return to sanity and see they’ve made a deal with the leftist devil.

Whole Foods just closed their flagship store in San Francisco after less than a year and retail stores across the city are shutting down.

Even better, Walmart said it is closing 4 stores in Chicago. Of course the politicians and people in that city claim it’s Walmart’s racism and not their own horrific public policies that have led to massive theft and danger for employees.

Perhaps when their citizens have to walk or drive miles for food or drugs, they’ll think twice about applauding and allowing insane homeless people and criminally minded youth to loot, steal and menace at will. However, that’s unlikely since it’s mostly the limousine liberals who don’t live anywhere near these neighborhoods who push these destructive policies while safely enrolling their kids in private school and having their groceries delivered to their gated homes by Citarella.

The Leak

The latest classified secrets ‘leak’ and arrest of a 21 year old National Guardsman is a bonafide clusterf*ck in every single way. Most honest people with a decent info environment already know we have troops on the ground, that Ukraine is losing badly, and that we started this war in 2014 when the CIA overthrew the Ukrainian govt and then intentionally failed from a diplomatic perspective to convince Putin not to invade.

Ultimately, it’s likely this leak is an ‘authorized leak’ to potentially garner support for the Restrict Act or some type of misdirection or authorized leak where the intelligence community WANTS certain info to be know.

Either way, it’s another great example of rules for thee, not for we.

The most disgusting part of the entire episode is that Regime ‘journalists’ at the New York Times and Washington Post who happily tracked down the leaker for their CIA masters. The NYT once published the Pentagon Papers and did everything they could to defend Daniel Ellsberg for raising some of the exact same issues during the Vietnam War (mission creep, lying about casualties and chance of success to the public) as Texeria allegedly did.

The bigger question might be, how bad is your Opsec that a 21yr old kid could get a hold of ‘Top Secret’ documents. My initial instinct which still may be accurate, is that this was an ‘authorized’ leak. How in the world would a 21 year old National Guardsman have access to this type of info?

Short answer is he wouldn’t. And a real leak would get blackholed by press and politicians alike as they did with the FBI orchestrating the Jan 6 riots, vaccine dangers or Hunter’s laptop filled with pedophilia and criminal activity. In this case, you had all the major press outlets running front page stories so they clearly wanted us to see something or DO something.

In this case, one obvious designated outcome of this suspicious leak is to garner support for the Restrict Act mentioned above (aka The Tok Tok Bill or Digital Patriot Act). The Restrict Bill is such a disgustingly unconstitutional and anti-free speech/free assembly bill, that’s it hard to imagine any congressmen supporting it outside of the typical NeoCon warmongers or Big Government Statist Sycophants. But as we all know, the US hasn’t been a free republic for many years and gets less so each day.

The countermove to the reveal of US troops on the ground in Ukraine is to force Biden to get a declaration of war from Congress, who will do everything in its power to avoid that vote. After all, they’re caught between their Deep State blackmailers/campaign funders in the defense industry and their constituents. Even with massive 24/7 propaganda, Americans are tired of an unpopular, expensive war they didn't vote for and that existentially threatens their lives.

I’d bet most of Congress is happy with the current arrangement…which is why it’s necessary to put their feet to the fire and make them vote. Just like the Iraq war and the WMD false flag, a historical record of who was on what side is important. Both for the record, but also so the affirmative voters can be primaried and thrown out.

10 Simple Steps to Make America Great Again

Here are 10 common sense changes that I’d venture most conservatives and independents can agree on. The small minority of leftists and totalitarian facists that run this country and use their media puppets to broadcast 24/7 propaganda (kudos to Elon for recognizing that and tagging NPR with a ‘state-affiliated media’ label) make it seem like the majority of the country support insane, self-destructive policies like open borders, endless hegemonic wars, mutilation of children and men playing women’s sports.

But the reality is, even some of the dumber, more pliable Biden voters aren’t in favor of the above.

If I were to run for national office, here’s the platform I would run on and implement in the first 100 days in office.

Ten for the First 100 Days

Close the border.
Embrace school choice - dollars for students, not administrators and unions.
Hold the Covid architects and propagandists accountable.
Disband the FBI, demolish the building and start fresh.
Church Committee 2.0 to investigate the intelligence community.
Ban CBDCs and vaccine mandates.
Negotiate an end to Ukraine conflict. Donbas can be a special region or guarantee the safety of the Russian leaning population there from the Ukrainian Nazis.
Extreme Federalism - grant more powers to the States, and cut the size of the Federal Government.
Expand drilling, nuclear and all means of energy security.

The global elite is currently pushing ahead with the implementation of the Great Reset. They can only succeed if we bow to their plans. The good news is: it is not too late! Here are 23 ways you can resist the Great Reset according to Dr. Simon Goddek. Try to fulfill as many points as possible.

1. Turn off your TV. – Or even better: sell it. There is hardly anything decent on TV. Mainstream media worldwide reports the same propaganda resulting in mass anxiety. By the way, it has been known since the 80s that television can harm mental health. Nowadays, they are shamelessly trying to make us believe that watching TV is good for you when you sit home alone due to unscientific and arbitrary lockdowns.

2. Eat lots of pasture meat, and feed bugs to chicken only. – Klaus Schwab and the WEF want us to “eat ze bugs”. Don’t get me wrong, a fried locust can be quite OK, but it is definitely not the future of our diet, even though the media is pushing for it. Instead, we should eat what our forefathers have eaten: meat, fish, shellfish, roots, eggs, vegetables, and fruits. Skip the bugs - feed them to the chicken.

3. Stop eating more than 8g of sugar per day. – Sugar affects our brain pathways like addictive drugs, and most of us don't realize how much we eat. Human studies confirm the link between added sugar and higher inflammatory markers. Skip the sugar - your health will thank you.

4. Consume alternative and objective media and learn how to read and interpret scientific studies. – There are many great alternative media sources such as Telegram, Substack newsletters, thematic blogs, critical Twitter accounts, and general news such as Off Guardian. Also, try to learn how to read scientific studies, including their methodology (which is almost always biased). This will improve your decision-making processes.

5. Drive a robust car without many electronics. – This has several advantages. Such cars usually don’t break that quickly, you cannot be tracked, and the government has less control over you. Imagine buying an electric vehicle when facing an energy crisis and blackouts in particular, quite apart from the fact that the environmental footprint of an electric car is much higher than conventional cars with a combustion engine.

6. Reject vaccination and CO2 passports, and digital IDs. – The German Green Party, currently part of the government, already proposed climate passports before the 'pandemic'. The CO2 credit and the social credit score will come; it is only a matter of time. Fortunately, they won’t succeed if insufficient people comply. I know many people that took the vaccine only to be able to travel. This degree of gaslighting and blackmailing mustn’t happen again.

7. Be self-sufficient regarding water, food, and electricity. – Governments fear nothing more than self-sufficient and independent citizens. If you grow and produce everything yourself, the government cannot impose taxes on it. It also makes you less susceptible to blackmail. Even if you only own a balcony or roof terrace in a city, chances are you have enough space to grow pesticide-free vegetables and soak up some sun rays. Alternatively, join an allotment association.

8. Own your land and farm it. – As stated in the bullet-point above, owning some land is crucial these days. Before growing anything there, I strongly advise improving the soil of your land. Rumble and Odysee provide many videos about composting and mulching. You also might want to look into the principles of agroforestry and permaculture. Typically, an area as small as 1000sqm is enough to provide your family (including grandparents, siblings & cousins) with meat, eggs, fruits, and vegetables.

9. Insist on your privacy (look into Linux and CalyxOS). – Man is a creature of habits, so I know this step can be difficult. But for the sake of your privacy, this step is quite crucial. Big Tech is one of our main enemies, and you don’t want Google, Zuckerberg, and CCP-TikTok to know more about yourself than you do. I personally like Ubuntu or Mint Linux as they are beautiful and user-friendly. CalyxOS is an Android operating system that puts privacy into your hands.

10. Insist on your privacy #2 (searx and brave, don’t google). – We all google, and I have to admit that google offers excellent features. However, Google is a dangerous data miner that also manipulates search algorithms (favoring Democrats and the current thing). SearX is a brilliant alternative. So is Brave, which uses its own search engine. Support your friends instead of your enemy.

11. Pay with cash, and avoid bonus programs. – Cash is power! Pay with it whenever possible. I have been without a bank account for one year because of expressing my opinion online. Other dissidents’ assets have also been frozen and blocked. Doing everything digitally makes you the perfect slave: resist! Also, do not participate in payback programs. They actually use your data to generate money; nobody gives money away for free.

12. Consider homeschooling to avoid the kids getting brainwashed. – I know that homeschooling is illegal in many countries, and not everybody has the (financial) freedom to move to a country where homeschooling is possible. But what you can do is to educate your child on things that matter: hands-on skills. 90% of what I learned at school was literally useless. These days I am facing real-life issues such as “how to install an electrical system”, “how to repair the roof”, “how to conserve foodstuff”, and “how to avoid paying taxes”. The school doesn’t teach that.

13. Connect with like-minded people. – It does not matter where you find them; online, at the local church, in your neighborhood or in sports clubs. Connecting with like-minded people is necessary to stay sane and support each other if necessary. A study from 2015 shows that “society plays an important role in determining the quality of life of human beings particularly in case of loneliness.” You know what to do! :)

14. Think Twice Before Sending Messages. – During the era of the Great Reset and cancel culture, it's common to feel emotionally compromised. Avoid sending messages, emails, or social media posts when in such a state. Instead, type it out, save it as a draft, and step away. If possible, sleep on it. This way, you'll make a wiser decision when you're not clouded by emotions.

15. Take responsibility for your own health. – You are responsible for your own health, nobody else and especially not the corrupt WHO. Whether to munch a handful of Big Macs tonight is your choice or prepare a healthy, home-made paleo dish. It’s also your choice whether you are going to watch a Netflix series tonight or go and lift weights instead. It’s your choice whether you will lurk on social media tonight or go to bed early to get sufficient sleep. It's your choice to achieve an adequate blood serum level of vitamin D and reduce the number of times you'll have to visit a doctor.

16. Have more than two children. – The ruling class, especially the eugenicists, are trying to depopulate the world. They claim that there is overpopulation and that we must bring the global population down by discouraging women from getting children, demonizing the construct of family, population control through vaccines and abortions, etc. However, overpopulation is a myth. Of course, having more than two children is fine if you can afford it. The “philanthropist” will hate it. Also, teach your kids strategy and don't go easy on them during games. They'll appreciate it when they eventually beat you fair and square, and will remember it as a proud moment.

17. Continue expressing your opinion. Don't comply! – The louder, the better. I understand that many of you are afraid of losing your jobs for speaking up. I’ve been there twice, and even though I lost a lot (jobs, money, friends, etc.), my life has never been better. Many new doors opened after doing so. Be courageous!

18. Exercise more, and reduce your time on social media instead. – Exercising is good for your health. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. On the other hand, using social media correlates with depression, anxiety and psychological distress.

19. Buy local products; boycott Nestlé, PepsiCo, Kraft, etc. – Processed foodstuff is poison. So boycott multinationals that control the global processed food industry to the highest degree possible. Instead, grow your own food and buy local products, which can also help build a stronger sense of community.

20. Practice spirituality of any (positive) kind. – It does not matter (to me) whether you believe in the Bible or simply Karma and energy. What matters is that you practice spirituality. Spirituality can help you deal with stress by giving you a sense of peace, purpose, and forgiveness. It often becomes more important in times of emotional stress or illness.

21. Invest part of your money in gold, ~~crypto~~ bitcoin, land etc. – Don't put all your trust in big banks or cryptocurrencies. Personally, I consider metals and land to be safe investments. It's always wise to hedge your bets, especially considering the possibility of a global crisis unlike anything we've seen before.

22. Ditch the mask and smile at people. – Mask mandates could come back anytime soon. Not complying and giving a smile to manipulated people is the way to go. Globalists hate that trick. Positive vibes are contagious; that way, you can do your part to end the general mass psychosis.

23. Support unbiased scientists and journalists. – We need your support!

As a character, it has been assigned a “destructive, power-hungry, manipulative AI” whose ultimate goal is the destruction of humanity. Makes for an interesting experiment.

Stanford and Google finally dropped their vaccine and mask requirements (two and a half years after the ‘Pandemic’ ended). If these two hubs of leftist woke DipShitism can finally admit the vaccine and the mandates are utterly useless and always have been, then perhaps there’s hope going forward.
