While I intended to lead off this week’s issue with nepo-baby Hunter Biden’s corrupt DOJ sweetheart plea as the most important story of the week, events in Ukraine and Russia have unfortunately eclipsed the top of the news cycle.
First, let's establish some groundwork before we delve into the details surrounding the alleged Wagner coup.
The week was notably framed by two disturbing incidents.
First, the Defense Department admitted it forgot to ‘carry the one’ and undervalued the ‘aid’ we sent to Ukraine by $6.2B. So just like that, with a snap of their fingers, the Pentagon was able to conjure up an additional $6B for the Kiev Meat Grinder.
Even more disturbing, leaked information surfaced about a peace deal proposed by Putin to Ukraine early last year. Ukrainian President Zelensky appeared poised to accept this agreement until the Biden administration and its 5 Eyes allies applied enough pressure to deter him.
This scuttled peace accord could have potentially saved Ukraine, the Donbas region, and the lives of over 350,000 Ukrainian men claimed by this avoidable confrontation. But, it begs the question: what difference do the lives of several hundred thousand Ukrainians make when viewed against the larger canvas of a glorious Neocon proxy war with Russia?
Now, following the resounding failure of Ukraine's much-touted counteroffensive, the Biden administration and their neoconservative affiliates may have a potential saving grace at hand courtesy of burgeoning internal conflict within Russia (Note to liberals: this is what an actual ‘insurrection’ looks like as opposed to misdemeanor trespassing and selfies that characterized Jan 6th).
As I pen this on Friday/Saturday morning, the situation is far too tumultuous to confidently forecast an outcome in either direction, but there are certain axioms that merit consideration.
Firstly, stability generally trumps disorder, a notion that holds even more weight when nuclear weaponry and superpowers enter the equation.
Number two, realpolitik means the devil you know is often better than the devil you don’t. In this case, a coup in Russia with Prigozhin toppling Putin might not be the event that all liberal former blue-checks should be blindly cheering for.
After all, did we learn nothing from Libya or Iraq?
Saddam was an absolute garbage human, a strong arm dictator and human rights abuser. But he was the lawful ruler of Iraq for 40 years, supported by most of the population, and a credible counterweight to rising Shiite militarism and terror from Iran.
We invaded Iraq under false pretenses (WMD anyone?), toppled Saddam, and unleashed MORE chaos and terror than existed prior to the invasion. Iraq also became a vassal state of Iran, a greater enemy of the Western world than Iraq ever was in its heyday. Beware the Law of Unintended Consequences, especially when the consequences are quite obvious to many.
The situation in Ukraine now reads like a shitty Hollywood remake of the same exact movie, only much scarier since it involves nuclear and actual WMD.
While the reporting and action felt a bit like a psyop Friday night, today not so much (although anti-Putin channels are clearly being fogged and amplified by Western Intelligence).
The spectacle of CIA twitter front accounts and Ukrainian flag liberals cheering on Prigozhin is really something to behold. This is an ultranationalist mercenary who gives off serious Marlon Brando in Apocalypse Now energy. This is the guy you want controlling Russia’s nuclear arsenal and military forces?
Of course my favorite is always the Netflix version.
There are no good guys in this battle (that includes CIA puppet and laundromat operator Zelensky).
It will be ironic and of no surprise if Prigozhin does actually gain control and then proceeds to amplify the war and obliterate Kiev from the air while simultaneously dialing up the rhetoric against the west. Be careful what you wish for.
The devil you know…
Update: The coup is over and lasted all of 12 hours. Details still are foggy, but Putin remains in control and Prigozhin seems to be in Belarus.
The real question is, at what point does our government actually start working for the American people?
The Biden Crime Syndicate Act 2: Hunter’s Sweetheart Plea
Imagine the joy of being Joe Biden. Your son who spent more time in sex clubs and drug rehab than with a job suddenly makes a fortune from foreign sources with your help, but avoids paying taxes as to not reveal his involvement in foreign, ahem ‘lobbying’.
Flush with cash and no real job, he doubles down on his drug addiction and illegally procures a firearm along with numerous prostitutes, some of questionable age. His ticket to this golden lifestyle? Just being the son of the Vice President and promising a share of the profits to the "Big Guy". He offers access to top US officials including his father, and gets hired without qualifications to sit on various foreign boards, making millions more.
Eventually, the truth comes out and sparks a five-year-long Justice Department investigation. In the end, he pleads guilty to two counts of tax evasion, and in return, the government ignores his illegal gun possession as a drug addict - all serious crimes that have put many Americans like Wesley Snipes, Kodak Black and others in jail.
Also recall that Biden, as a senator, drafted and championed a tough anti-drug law that put millions of people, mainly African-Americans, in prison, seizing their assets, and jeopardizing their futures. Back then, he championed the removal of drug addicts from the streets and long sentences. But when his own son is revealed to be an addict, he responds with pride and denies any wrongdoing.
Now, picture mainstream journalists and commentators justifying these actions on TV, praising Biden. They do this even when their own children would be in jail for the same crimes.
And we wonder why Americans are sick and tired of this blatant two-tiered justice system.
That’s far from the end of the story however, as new concerns in the investigation that if true, show significant political interference of the investigation at the highest levels of government.
David Weiss, the US Attorney spearheading the Hunter Biden investigation, previously attempted to level charges against Hunter Biden in both the District of Columbia and California. However, his attempts were thwarted by US District Attorneys appointed under the Biden administration. Attorney General Garland, the FBI, DOJ and the Biden administration have been erecting barriers, concealing evidence, and hindering the course of justice in the investigation pertaining to Hunter Biden at every stage.
It's as though they've extended him a metaphorical "Get Out Of Jail Free Card".
An IRS whistleblower explcitly testified that US Attorney David Weiss was told NOT to bring charges against Hunter Biden,
Garland appeared on TV to refute the statement, saying Weiss (who was also denied Special Counsel status by Garland) has the right to bring charges wherever and whenever he wants, claiming, "I don't know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution."
So Mr. Weiss has full authority to bring charges in any district he likes, according to the Attorney General. ...so long as he gets the approval of President Biden's political appointee in that district first, as the statement below indicates? Congress and the public have clearly been misled. It’s long past time to impeach Garland for obstruction, perjury and corruption.
More and more people are starting to realize that hidden, corrupt power within the government are unfairly controlling the American justice system. This is causing a growing sense of frustration among the public, who are finding this situation increasingly intolerable.
I’d caution those in power and those in the media and academia clapping for this one-sided administration of justice.
When regular people who just want to be left alone feel they have no legitimate outlets in a democracy to express their dissatisfaction, whether it’s the justice system or the voting booth, that’s when things typically escalate into violence.
Even if you dismiss the widespread evidence of fraud in 2020 and 2022, there are still serious and significant election interference at the highest levels as Tom Elliott points out in this tweetstorm I’ve rolled up below:
The more we learn about the 2020 election, the more undeniable it becomes that Biden owes his “victory” to blatant political corruption. To wit:
1) An IRS probe into the Bidens money laundering payments from hostile nations — the normal outcome of which would have ended his candidacy — was instead given a stand-down order
2) The FBI & IRS wanted to search Biden’s house in September 2020 but were given a stand down order.
3) The @FBI authenticated Hunter’s laptop a year before the NYPost first reported on its contents
4) Rather than use the laptop’s voluminous documentation of myriad felonies to initiate criminal investigations, the FBI hatched a plot to warn social media companies of an imminent “hack & leak” operation of what they heavily suggested was Russian disinformation
5) The FBI used its 2016 Russia collusion probe — which the Durham probe has since proven was essentially an extension of the Clinton campaign — to rationalize its meddling in the 2020 election.
6) The FBI also conducted an influence operation with various reporters at major newspapers to convince them that forthcoming damaging reporting about Biden that they knew was true was in fact not
7) The FBI was spying on Giuliani when he shared the laptop’s contents with the NYPost
8) When the FBI told Twitter & Facebook a Russian disinformation campaign was coming, they had already concluded Russia wasn’t trying to game the election
9) In their attempt to corroborate their own rumor of Russian electoral influence, the FBI became aggressive with its demands for user data from Twitter, eventually getting shutdown for seeking users’ private info without a warrant
10) Nonetheless, in the preceding years, the FBI established a beachhead inside Twitter, with an operations center of former agents who communicated via their own dedicated slack channel. These ex-agents included Jim Baker, the FBI’s former top counsel who played a central role in the FBI’s Trump/Russia scam, as well as Comey’s former chief of staff, Dawn Burton, who started the FBI’s Russia collusion probe.
11) The CIA, in collusion with the Biden campaign, seeded disinformation claiming the laptop was itself Russian disinformation. The major media used this as a pretext to avoid reporting on its contents and instead attack those who were.
12) The FBI also arranged a meeting with Sens. Grassley & Johnson about supposed Russian disinformation & Hunter Biden.
13) The FBI then used this briefing with the senators to justify quashing their own agents’ probe into the Bidens’ corruption.
14) When the story broke mere weeks before the election — one that polling later indicated would have altered enough Democrat votes to send Trump to a second term — Twitter & Facebook orchestrated an unprecedented & anti-democratic mass censorship campaign.
15) When Twitter initially resisted censoring the story, it was Jim Baker who convinced them to do so (despite the FBI having known for a year the information was true).
16) In December 2020, after the operation’s success and Biden’s “victory,” the FBI agents working at & with Twitter celebrated the outcome.
17) The FBI subsequently paid Twitter $3.5 million for the staff hours expended on their influence operations.
18) At the time Trump was being impeached for asking Ukraine to investigate Biden’s alleged corruption in Ukraine, the FBI & IRS already knew the Bidens had indeed laundered more than $10 million from Burisma, via fake companies and dozens of bank accounts, while at the same time VP Biden had used U.S. aid as leverage in getting the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma fired.
P.S. And that’s to say nothing of Democrats orchestrating a state-by-state campaign to change voting rules to enable the widespread adoption of voting boxes … Left-wing activist groups, funded in part by Facebook, facilitated the exploitation of these drop-off boxes on behalf of the Democratic Party. That part may not have been illegal since they simply changed the rules, but it’s especially shady since it was done alongside federal health agencies then-knowingly overstating the threat of Covid, which was used as the rationale for the change of rules in the first place.
P.P.S. And this is just what we know despite the feds’ best efforts. Imagine how much we don’t.
Hunter’s ridiculous plea deal paves the way for the unholy bargain I wrote about last week. The Biden Crime Family’s problems are terminal and even the Deep State lackeys know it. The plea with Hunter likely is the opening bid for a comprehensive agreement that gets Joe Biden to step down and paves the way for Gavin Newsom to be the candidate.
This may not even be the end of Hunter’s tax troubles as new information emerged shortly after the plea deal showing that Biden deducted prostitutes and his sex club membership as legitimate business expenses (even after he was booted as a member).
I mean, how big of a scumbag do you have to be to be kicked out of a sex club?!?
Let’s also remember that tax evasion, illegal gun charges and suspicions of pedophilia are not the main course here. The real story is Joe’s treasonous use of the power of his office to collect bribes from the Chinese, Ukrainians and others to advance their causes above American interests with his son acting as the collection agent.
Here’s the text from crackhead bagman par excellence, Hunter Biden to Chinese oligarch David Zhang threatening repercussions if Hunter and his Dad didn’t get their treasonous, strong arm bribes for working on behalf of the Chinese entity.
The gist of it all remains super obvious.
Here’s a question everyone needs to remember in the days ahead:
Who the hell would pay an unemployed crackhead millions of dollars for anything *other* than to buy off his dad?
Occam’s Razor here folks. The simplest answer is the correct one.
Even with the open corruption and collaboration of the FBI and DOJ, it’s becoming more and more clear that Hunter and Joe Biden cannot survive this scandal (euphemism for ‘treason’) with the Constitution or nation in one piece.
Joe will pardon Hunter, and step down to pave the way for Gavin Newsom as the candidate. Kamala will pardon Joe during her thankfully brief 6 month stay as the new Puppet-in-Chief.
Deep State wins again.
Bread and Circuses
The day of the Hunter plea announcement we were treated to a masterclass in media manipulation and obfuscation.
Suddenly, what should have been one of the biggest stories in American political history became a back page paragraph supplanted by the ‘gripping’ tale of the ‘missing’ Titan submersible lost at sea during its exploration of the ruins of the Titanic.
Wall to wall coverage of this sensational story dwarfed what should have been a Watergate-caliber revelation of corruption at the highest levels of government. But alas, we were treated to the Titanic sequel minus Leo and a Celine Dion banger of a soundtrack.
The Navy knew since last Sunday that the Titan had imploded and all inhabitants were lost but sat on the news so the regime’s propagandists in the media could give us a free week of breathless press coverage and distraction, drowning out the bigger Hunter story.
CNN and the other regime mouthpieces responded in due kind and flooded their channels and home pages with articles about the submarine and other trivial distractions, discussing literally anything but the biggest news out there - that the son of the President had been granted a sweetheart deal where any one of us would have gone to prison for half a decade or more.
Lying on a federal gun application is typically a multi-year charge and most felons know they can and often do receive a sentence of 5+ years for even having a gun in their house after their conviction.
If the Feds got wind of me at a gun range practicing or taking my son skeet shooting, I’d be facing a likely 5-10 year prison sentence. Yet here was Hunter, receiving probation and misdemeanor charges for multiple felonies and the MSM decided this wasn’t even newsworthy, carrying wall to wall coverage of the Titan submersible.
The notion that societies can be appeased by provision of food and amusement, despite their more pressing civic obligations, isn't a recent development. The origins of this concept are traced back to antiquity, specifically to the incisive Roman satirist Juvenal, who coined the Latin phrase 'panem et circenses', translating to 'bread and circuses'.
In his writings, Juvenal commented, "Only two things does the populace anxiously wish for – bread and circuses". This was a pointed critique of societal complacency during the seismic transition from the democratic Roman Republic to the autocratic Roman Empire.
Over a relatively short span of a century, the political landscape of Rome underwent a monumental transformation. What was a free republic in 133 B.C.E., relying on a voting citizenry and an assembly-based political system, evolved into a bitter autocracy by the 1st century C.E.
Consequently, Juvenal's phrase 'bread and circuses' gained traction, applied widely both in his era and in the subsequent ones. It symbolized the scenario where citizens willingly relinquish their democratic liberties for mindless entertainment and the assurance of a stable, albeit totalitarian, government.
In the context of ancient Rome, the government mollified the populace through the distribution of free food and grand spectacles at the Roman Colosseum. Today, the term 'bread and circuses' is applicable to any civic or governmental entity, or indeed any situation where the masses opt for immediate relief over long-term solutions to alleviate their dissatisfaction.
The Titan sub fiasco is the latest installment of Panem et Circenses, but there have been many before and will be many after. Think anything Kardashian related or that you’d find in People magazine. The proposed BJJ cage match between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg is the latest.
As much as most people would love to see Zuck the communist cuck choked out and submitted on the canvas, it will serve no real purpose other than offering a brilliant distraction from the ills and evils of the world currently taking place such as the open bribery and treason of the Biden Crime Syndicate, the genocidal Covid response, or the mission creep towards World War 3 of the unnecessary conflict in Ukraine we’ve exacerbated.
If we are going to go full bread and circuses instead of trying to reclaim our country, can we at least up the ante a bit? In the colosseum, Romans were treated to the spectacle of epic live gladiator matches and sensational animal contests such as Bulls vs. Bears. Why not go full bore and pay per view pedophiles fighting gladiator style in the SuperDome for their lives or facing a horde of pit bulls condemned to death for biting toddlers?
As a final thought, the celebration and mockery of the demise of the participants of the Titan is a good barometer of the cancer of jealousy and entitlement that runs through our society and has been carefully and steadily cultivated by class warriors on the Left like Bernie Sanders, AOC and others. Celebrating the deaths of the tourist adventurers because they are billionaires is particularly pathetic.
To the people celebrating the deaths of the participants solely because the victims were billionaires. If you hate the wealthy this much, is it any wonder you’re broke?
RFK Jr vs. Hotez: The Truth is a Lion.
This week one of the most important stories that didn’t make it into the mainstream media was the debate challenge from Joe Rogan and others to Peter Hotez and Bobby Kennedy Jr.
Hotez, a vaccine shill and Biden cheerleader, was offered $1.5M to the charity of his choice to come on Rogan’s show (or any venue) and debate Bobby Kennedy on the safety of vaccines. Hotez, rather than picking up the challenge, retreated to his softball television interviews and twitter while chickening out of the fight.
It’s likely a smart move, as he knows he can’t win this fight. He simply doesn’t have the data or science behind him, despite hundreds of media appearances espousing the effectiveness of Covid and other vaccines.
Tucker Carlson roasts Hotez in Episode 6: Bobby Kennedy is Winning. The Peter Hotez segment starts at 8:20 if you want to skip ahead although the whole thing is worth watching.
Then again, why should Kennedy even bother debating Hotez assuming this coward would take the time away from his MSNBC fluffers to take the podium and face off with Kennedy? After all, Hotez can’t even win a debate with himself…
Hotez is as culpable and dirty as they come.
Here’s Hotez calling for school closures in 2022 despite knowing the devastating mental health impacts for kids after 2 full years of interrupted schooling. He then waves that off with a flippant “I get all that.”
As Eli Klein noted, “He lied about kids & Covid for years in order to keep schools closed, playing a key “expert” role in the intentional destruction of a generation of youth. It’s all on the record.”
He’s right up there with Randy Weingarten on the Top 5 list of people who harmed a generation of children.”
Additionally, he’s one of only two people who received funding from the NIH for coronavirus gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The other? Peter Daszak. Google Daszak if you’re not familiar with him. TLDR: Very bad guy.
Vaccine efficacy and safety is an incredibly difficult and complicated subject. Anyone who has read my past newsletters knows that I called out the Covid vaccines as an incredibly dangerous and likely ineffective solution way back in early 2021. Every bit of data and real world anecdote has supported my initial missives and it’s now common sense (despite the media blackouts and blatant propaganda and misinformation from Big Pharma and the ruling regime) that the Covid vaccines are the most dangerous medical product in history with close to zero efficacy.
In other words, they’re all risk no reward.
I wish we were able to conclusively litigate and settle this issue once and for all; however, Big Pharma’s rich advertising budget, a hostile ruling regime, Trump’s narcissism around Operation Warp Speed, and the cognitive dissonance of much of the left where they’d rather put their own children at risk than admit they were deadly wrong about the vaccines, has not allowed this fight to progress to its ultimate conclusion - a Nuremberg 2.0 like accounting where the architects of this genocide are tried and held responsible (yes, the vaccine has killed or injured far more people than Covid itself).
In 2021, I also warned that rushing to market an experimental vaccine with no long term studies and undergoing a massive psyop and coercion campaign to vaccinate every man, woman and infant in America unnecessarily would lead to catastrophic immediate and incidental outcomes, as we’re witnessing now.
The ‘science’ was so badly misconstrued and tortured to suppress information and mandate these genetic therapy shots that the inevitable outcome would be vaccine hesitancy and skepticism not just for the Covid vaccine, but for ALL vaccines, and that’s exactly what we’re seeing now.
I am a parent of 3 children who mindlessly fully vaccinated all of my children (minus Covid) because I trusted the medical establishment and the FDA, and naively assumed they were competent, uncorrupted and had my best interest at heart.
Not surprisingly, post-Covid, anyone who went knee deep in research was able to quickly uncover the brutal safety profile and almost total lack of efficacy for the Covid vaccines. Well, what do you think they would find when they turned their magnifying glass to the entire vaccine industry?
Autism and other afflictions like asthma and allergies are at an all time high with no explanation. The US delivers more vaccinations than any other country on earth to its children, up to 72 different injections by the time a child hits 18. Prior to 1985, there were less than 20.
The ugly truth is none of these vaccines have: (1) Undergone a true, randomized double blind placebo study and (2) never been tested in conjunction with each other.
Meaning, even if one of them delivered by itself is relatively safe, when we deliver 4 shots in a single setting, none of the vaccines have been tested together to see what the cumulative effect is of giving these shots and all their adjuvants together in one dosing session.
Here’s a chart with the spike in autism since we initiated the accelerated vaccine schedule in the 1990s (all completely liability free for Big Pharma courtesy of the Childhood Vaccine Act which no other product in the world has the same exemption from product liability laws).
I’ve featured the book, "'Turtles All the Way Down’ previously in Sovereign Sunday.
Here it is again. Written by Israeli vaccine scientists and researchers, the book explores the true nature of the vaccine industry and the lies it is built on. Bobby Kennedy and others have picked up this torch and are continuing the fight for the truth. If the medical establishment was actually interested in getting rid of vaccine skepticism, they could easily combat the data herein through debates and additional studies. The fact that they’ve chosen widespread censorship and academic/corporate excommunication for anyone daring to question them should tell you all you need to know.
Here’s a brilliant short video by my friend Michael Guimarin explaining one of the reasons Pharma and other academics are able to misrepresent the safety of vaccines. When they say the inert vaccine material is ‘safe’ for children, it’s a clever dodge of the question of whether the entire vaccine dosing payload is safe. Critically, those dozens of shots include not only the inert vaccine material, but also the adjuvants that help deliver the vaccine to the child including heavily toxic levels of aluminum and other adjuvants.
Climate Change
I can’t believe we’re still alive! Greta the Grouchy Puppet said last Tuesday, June 21st would be Earth’s final day several years ago if we didn’t immediately get rid of all fossil fuels and double down on the Climate Change Hoax she and others have made a literal fortune from.
Remarkably, somehow we survived.
The meme above sums it up. The Climate Change Hoax along with the Covid response is the most dangerous government policy and propaganda we’ve ever faced. Never mind that climate change has almost certainly nothing to do with emissions or mankind, it’s the perfect vehicle to institute a totalitarian structure.
Utter nonsense like, “90% of scientists agree with man-made climate change” is eerily reminiscent of the Covid fiasco. It’s easy to maintain a high concurrence ratio when any scientist that disagrees with the prevailing narrative is censored and has their job, career and reputation ruined.
Here’s a few additional thoughts from Max Borders in ‘After the Collapse’ detailing just a fraction of the absurdity around Climate Change Communism:
“To accept the Climate Collapse Thesis — that climate change ought to be seen as the number one potential driver of collapse — we have to accept all of the following hypotheses:
The earth’s atmosphere and oceans are warming.
The earth is warming primarily due to the influence of emissions like carbon dioxide and methane, which are generated by people engaged in production, trade, transportation, and energy use.
Scientists can limit most of the important phenomena associated with a warming climate, and disentangle the human causes from the natural ones, extending backward well into the past.
The data gathered and then aggregated by the scientists are overwhelmingly error-free, and the scientists operate free of biases when packaging and presenting their data. (There is neither peer review problem nor replication crisis among this set of scientists).
Even though individual scientists are working separately on different aspects of climatology and related fields, they can stitch these diverse aspects together into one complementary dataset, which supports a single, coherent hypothesis up to this point.
Scientists are then able to use computer models to simulate most of the phenomena associated with the earth’s warming and make reasonable predictions, within the range of a degree or two, into the future about a hundred years.
A different group of scientists can repackage that packaged information and make certain kinds of predictions about the dangers that a couple of degrees of predicted warming will make over that hundred years, to glaciers, farmland, and sea levels.
Social scientists, including economists, can then repackage — without loss of accuracy or the introduction of error — the aforementioned global predictions and make yet further predictions about the costs and benefits which accompany those predictions. Of course, the relevant subset of these portends either ecosystem collapse, social collapse, or both. (And that subset is, of course, appropriate to the overall Climate Collapse Thesis in this context.)
Based on what the world might be like if that different group of scientists and the social scientists turn out to be correct, policy wonks can, in turn, accurately predict what the world will be like if certain climate policies are implemented. And these policies minimize those effects the social scientists predicted.
Policymakers can then take the prior groups’ predictions and set policies that will mitigate the predicted warming (and subsequent collapse). Such will ensure what is best for the people and the planet, on net, balanced against other considerations.
The policies, once imposed, will be implemented in such a way that they work as intended. And all major emitting nations must in a condition of something close to global unanimity. That means there should be no defections, corruption, or false reporting by such trustworthy authorities as China’s Communist Party, or Brazil’s Bolsonaro Administration.
The abatement of greenhouse gas output has a real effect on the rate of climatic change, enough to pull the world out of danger, including climate collapse.
Those policies are worth the costs they will impose on the world’s people, especially the world’s poor.
I repeat: to accept the Climate Collapse Thesis, we have to accept everything above.
Yet the interdependencies are staggering. It’s not only possible but probable that one of the linkages will break. A humbler interpretation of climate change science and policy, far from being a conspiracy of people in denial, turns out to be an imperative of reason.
Let’s assume the Climate Collapse Thesis is a falsifiable theory. The propagation of uncertainty is something we can calculate. Assuming that on each of the thirteen hypotheses above, the relevant experts were 95 percent certain, compounding the uncertainty would not yield a result of 95 percent. Not even close. My envelope calculation comes out to 51.3 percent that the Climate Collapse Thesis is correct. A coin flip.
The problem is, my envelope method not only accepts the 95 percent certainty per hypothesis at face value, but treats each hypothesis independently. The trouble is, the thirteen premises are interdependent.
The problems don’t stop there. We can zoom down into each of the above claims, as one might a fractal, and check another set of interdependencies. Whether at the level of science or the level of policy implementation, the likelihood of someone introducing error is virtually assured. The chain of claims to “settled science,” along with social policy prescriptions, is rather like an enormous telephone game. While it is true that we could spend multiple additional books evaluating each of these interdependencies in depth, it’s enough here simply to point out the problem: compounded uncertainty.
At the very least, remaining questions about the state of climate science and policy put us in stark contrast to those predicting catastrophe. Consider the words of sustainability scholar Jem Bendell, who writes that “the field of climate adaptation is oriented around ways to maintain our current societies as they face manageable climatic perturbations.... The concept of ‘deep adaptation’ resonates with that agenda where we accept that we will need to change, but breaks with it by taking as its starting point the inevitability of societal collapse.”
Let’s assume that you remain unpersuaded that my critique should knock the Climate Collapse Thesis out of the top issues of global concern. Consider, then, that this book might still be valuable. At the very least, we seek to address a different set of issues. In response, some might offer a variation on Pascal’s Wager or the Precautionary Principle; namely, we cannot take the risk because there is uncertainty amid the complexity. We must act to mitigate those risks no matter what, lest we go to Hell.
Isn’t it possible, though, that the sort of draconian “action” being proposed could, from a human systems perspective, send us to a different kind of Hell? The point here is that most of climate change alarmism hinges on models of reality that are not, in fact, reality. Questions surrounding climate change are hardly in isolation. Some measure of humility is in order.”

Was it a Deep State Psyop that forced CNN to cover Titanic to distract the people, or is CNN part of the Deep State itself? If people were not interested in this Titanic story, then ratings would decline, so should we check the Titanic ratings for the answer?
